Delp Painting

Sealed off the room, sanded and repainted large family-room ceiling. Completed project quickly, cleaned up the mess, and was gone in record time. Truly enjoyed meeting Andy.

We just had new drywall installed, and I decided to do the painting myself. Although it is a large room, I have done many painting projects and felt comfortable with this job. I applied primer and the first coat. The walls were fine, but the ceiling didn't look great, so I put on another layer. This one looked even worse, so I tried again. I couldn't figure out why the celing was so streaked. I had purchased good quality paint and tools. We decided it was time to get professional help, so we called Andy. He arrived right on time, hung a plastic barrier across the doorway, and began sanding the ceiling. He said the problem was that the area was so large that it was drying before I could move to the next section. He sanded, let the dust settle, painted the ceiling and cleaned up in less than a hour. The room looks great, and he used about half the amount of paint that I needed.

He was efficient and clean and he did a great job. Overall I'm satisfied with his service.
