Description of Work: Called Dan for help with my water heater. He said he didn't work on water heaters but asked what problem I was having. He advised me over the phone what to do to fix it. It worked and saved me from calling a plumber. I will be calling him for all my appliance repair needs. He earned a customer for life. He didn't have to help me at all.

Description of Work: Daniel came out and fixed my washing machine. I called and explained on the phone what it was doing and he gave an estimate of what it would cost and what was wrong and that was exactly what the problem was. He was very professional and friendly, and did his job quickly. I would definitely recommend him.

+ -1 moreI initially called about a freezer that had broken down. Over the phone he warned me it would not be worth repairing as it was 20+ years old. He attempted to repair it and found the compressor was no longer working and recommended replacing the freezer rather than repairing it. I was not charged for his attempt to get the freezer operating again. While he was here, I asked him to look at my stove as a couple burners were not working. He was able to repair it so all burners were working properly again. My wife is very happy she has full use of the stove again!
Description of Work: He figured out what was wrong with my stove, gave an estimate and got the necessary parts (replacement burner and connectors), and repaired the stove.
