1. Lack of response in picking up pieces, originally "first of June", then "middle of June"....finally 6/23/14. 2. Lack of timeliness with delivery, first 7/25/14, second 8/1/14. When I called 8/5/14, I was met with rudeness. Finally delivered to my home 8/11/14, 3. The workmanship is poor. The cording on the front of the sofa looks like a child took a stapler and stapled it. One of the back seams on the sofa (which is in full view when in my kitchen, dinette, and when entering my family room) shows the forms of the staples and has a great indentation in the lower part of the "seam". The original sofa had 2 seams - one on either end of the back. When delivered, there were 4 seams - two on either end of the back. The cushions on the sofa are very tight fitting.....when you rise from the sofa, the adjacent cushion(s) pops up. The cushion on the chair is very tight......must really force it into place. 4. On the inside back of the chair and sofa, there were two straight lines starting from a peak on the center back and ending below the cushions. He has curved lines ending above the cushions. This creates a totally different look. 5. The wood on the two pieces had a pinkish cast.....this man chose to use a polyurethane on them. They are now yellowish. I did not request that he do ANYTHING to the wood.
