+ -1 moreWe haven't had any issues with them. We've always been treated well. We always pay extra so that if we need them to come to the house for anything, which we we have, they don't charge us for that. Their prices do go up and we call them almost every six months or so to lower their charges. We don't have the premium movie channels. They give you a two hour time spun and they're always here within that time.
Description of Work: We used them for landline services. We have cable internet and phone services.

He found that squirrels had chewed on the line and had to install a line from the and quot;poleand quot; to the upstairs bedrooms of our house and then told us that someone would come back to and quot;buryand quot; the line at a later time......still waiting and the last time I called them they said they had no record of needing to come out.
Description of Work: Came out over a year ago (probably closer to 2 years ago) to see why my service wasn't working properly on our televisions in the upstairs bedrooms.
