It was fine, though alarm calls were sometimes slow (5-10 mins after alarm went off). When we were selling the house a couple years later, the company called me three times asking who the new owners were and would we give them their contact info, which we would not share. A couple weeks after the house was sold we received a letter demanding $150 settlement for the equipment we paid for and sold with the house. The company also sent someone to that house and harassed them!! In response to their settlement letter we sent copies of our paid contract and purchases receipts, to which they responded with a nasty, unprofessional note demanding $750. We were completely shocked. We had a pristine customer record, paid in full on every purchase upon receipt, never late on monthly monitoring fees. This company is shady, and we strongly discourage others from purchasing their security products or monitoring contract.
