It required several trips because of the nature of the problem. They were very prompt, went above and beyond to fix the situation.

Overall work performed was completed, well. It was the residual mess that came after that was not very professional. The machine they used was filthy and scattered brown speckled debris all over the surrounding area. No tarps or cleanup after was offered. I was left to clean up the mess.

I made a phone call at 9AM and our sink was working by 11AM. Very responsive and punctual. The technician was very nice and informative. So overall it went great..

Job went very well. Service man arrived early.observed situation at the source, and followed it to the basement. Attempted cleaning at the tub. But had to take apart lines below to clear them. Worked till it was completed. Cleaned what little mess that was created. Very professional, very freindly, and efficient.

We called on a Sunday (holiday weekend) and were told it would not cost extra for a Sunday service call, and they would arrive within one hour. They arrived and finished the job before the hour was up. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and left no mess. He even gave us a senior discount off the regular fee price.

Service man showed up on time (they called before to make sure I was there). He was polite and courteous and did the service and was out within one hour. Very good experience.

I arranged for someone to come around 3:00 pm and they arrived on time to do the job. The man who came was courteous and professional and had the job finished within 45 minutes.

Worker was here for 30-40 minutes. He said he had to go about 40-50 into the pipeline. He was prompt, efficient, and left the work area very clean. He seemed quite knowledgable, and was very friendly and professional. We would definitely hire them again.

I don't know what they're like any more. But one time is all it takes. Maybe they got rid of that guy and got a new guy. It was not a good experience with that guy. They sent out their guy and he put booty covers on. Then he brought his machine in, no drop cloth. It was dirty and nasty. He sends the snake down in there. He was kind of searching. He unclogged the drain, he did that part of the job. We had white walls and a light colored tiles, this black stuff from the drain and he got it everywhere. He didn't even clean it up. I had to scrub it clean myself before he left. That to me was not a good experience at all. All I remember is I had to clean up the mess. Honestly, I think he was the cheapest one. I think that's why I went with him.

The workers were excellent. The work was completed very promptly. I would recommend them to a friend.

They responded quickly to my call on a Saturday afternoon via their answering service. They kept me informed about their pending arrival with a couple of calls and made it by 10pm. The cleared the drain quickly with a roto-rooter.

He was very polite and got the job done in less than half an hour. We haven't had any problems ever since. I would recommend them to anyone.

The kitchen drain had been gurgling for a few days, which is somewhat common, but on this particular day it stopped while I was doing dishes, and the drain actually backed up into the rinse sink. YUCK! At first I thought about just getting some drain cleaner but figured I'd check out the basement, just in case something worse was happening. Well, when I got to the downstairs bathroom the toilet was absolutely full of SEWER YUCKITY STUFF! to the point of slightly overflowing onto the concrete floor. I knew instantly that I needed to call American Sewer Cleaners, the company we have used for well over 1.5 decades. Charles arrived about 10 minutes before the dispatcher said he would get here, and got right to work. While he is not real talkative he is friendly, courteous and professional. He was efficient with his time and thorough in his work, doing a very good job. He didn't even allow the roots he got from the sewer to get onto the floor by the access hole! There is a reason we have used American Sewer Cleaners exclusively for so long - because they are quick, courteous, professional, and priced fairly. Their men always go farther than the obvious clogs, all the way to the main sewer at the street. We will continue using this company for as long as I own this house.

I was doing dishes in the kitchen sink again when I noticed that the drain seemed to be gurgling a little bit louder than before. So, after checking the basement toilet for backflow - of which there was none - I called American Sewer Cleaners again to come check it out. Charles arrived almost to the minute of when the dispatcher said he would be here. After checking out the drains and how they drained, he advised that there doesn't seem to be any problem at this point. Again, while not real talkative he was courteous and professional. After taking his time to check things out to his satisfaction, and explaining the situation to me to my satisfaction, he left without charging. I appreciate his ability to quickly assess the situation and make a solid judgment call on what if anything needs to be done. I will only use American Sewer Cleaners as long as I own this house.

not well I thought they were asking way to much, then attempted to cargo me for the estimate

American Sewer Cleaners came out on Labor Day to clear a backed up sewer line. They were very punctual and got everything back in working order quickly. Given that this was a holiday, the charge was extremely reasonable. They also provide a 6 month warranty on their service.

They were able to dispatch a technician on the same day since he was in the neighborhood, which was nice. The service technician was in a real hurry and he inserted the drain cleaning cable from the toilet in the front unit instead of inserting it from the last unit. The drain started to clear slowly and he said it was the roots and it should start draining good once everything is cleared. However, the drain clogged again just after a month. When I called to report problem they said they only guarantee for a month and I will have to pay again if they come out to clear. I didn't use them the second time and will not use them again.

The experience was great. They did fabulous work and they weren't expensive. They cleaned up. I would definitely use them and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Dave explained every thing that he was doing as he was doing it and why. He also talked about ways to avoid future issues. He was very polite and courteous. Excellent value for the price.

Problem resolved, I called these folks at 1PM and had people at my door in 2.5 hours. Plumbers were in and out 20 minutes. Lower Level Tri Level Home - the Plumbers were very professional, and very knowledgeable I highly recommend these folks!. Will definitely do business with them again should the need arise! Tip: another company in the area wanted to charge 450-900 for the same service, after waiting 36 hours! if you want it done quickly, correctly and for the correct price, call American Sewer Cleaners

No problems. I was pleased with the service I received.

Mr. Rooter wanted $2000.00+ to jackhammer the basement floor up to access the sewer line. The Technician from American cut a pipe than was easily replaced with a clamp and was able to clean the sewer line out. Total cost - $95.

Drive was about half hour later than the appr. time given. The driver Jeff was very nice, courteous and professional. He didn't belittle me over my problem or the fact that I am female. He got right to work and before I knew it he was done. He explained to me what I need to do before same issues occur again and about how long I had (he gave me a year). I would recommend this company again. They also allowed me to post date my check.

This company did a great job. I had another company come out about a week before that and they were unable to fix the issue. American was able to remove 2 large roots that the other company was unable to handle. They were able to get the job done, which I appreciated. The workers were very prompt and courteous. The only thing is that it was a bit expensive. They used a special camera which helped them with the job, but made it a bit more pricey.

Overall, ok. Toilets were plugged and not flushing. I called and was told they would be there within two hours and probably closer to an hour. Chuck showed up over three hours later. I have used American Sewer Cleaners two times before this. They were always prompt and efficient before. Chuck eventually removed the toilet and cleaned it out. He put the toilet back in place and did the absolute worst job of putting the silicone down around the toilet. After he left I saw brown sludge sprayed on the wall and door. When he handed me the bill he said he undercharged me by accident. I told him that was the amount I paid the other two times I had their company here. Chuck was not friendly, not professional and although the job was done, I couldn't wait to get him out of my house. I used this company because I had such a good experience the previous two times. I would be happy to use this company as long as Chuck is not the serviceman thet send.
