ADVANCED FIBER GLASS SVC

He first came out and charged $75.00 for repairs on the jacuzzi. He used this caulking material to fill the hole and informed me that I shouldn't touch it for a day so that it would dry. The next day I checked it out and it looked horrible. It looked like gum had just been put on the spot. I called to have him correct the problem and he said he would come back out to sand it down. I asked him how he could sound it down because the material he used was not harded and he said "well that's my job not yours". I asked if we needed to take the more extensive route and he said it would be another $150 to take care of the problem, when I believe it should have only been an additional $75 since the original procedure $150.00. I would have had taken the extensive route but he suggested doing the other way. I thought he was very rude and discourteous.
