Whole house carpet cleaning and scotch guarding the day after we purchased the home. Also cleaned and scotch guarded a sectional sofa. Aimee was the cleaner and we will name request her in a heartbeat the next time we get them to clean our carpets again. We will definitely be using them again. Some spots were treated and are no longer present! Hope the company realizes what an asset they have with an employee like Aimee!

Very good. They got lots of dirt out. I wished I had done this before. I tried to clean the carpet myself and this was much better and easier.

The service technician arrived on time. A little trouble with setup and equipment at the start. The technician remained polite throughout. The cleaning itself was very good. We had a lot of grandchildren's dirt from the summer and fall, and it came out. Better than the previous company when the carpet was less worn.

This was a great company from the moment I called to get an estimate, had to change the appointment 3 or 4 days before they came (they were very flexible to meet the date and times that worked better for my schedule), and when Anthony came out to do my floors. Anthony arrived on time looked the carpets over with me explained what he was going to do than proceeded to do an excellant job. He even put styrofoam under my china cabinent when I was done to make sure the wood did not warp. I took his suggestion and left the windows opened and moved some of my stuff back the following day instead of a few hours later and everything was clean and dry. I will definitely tell all my neighbors and friends about the terrific service that I got and use this company again. It also helped they were out on Better Business Bureau of West Michigan as an A+ customer. My neighbor used the Service Master company out of Muskegon different this one and was very unhappy with the work so I told her to call these guys next time
