They've been here before. They did a good job and showed up when they were supposed to. They got the work done quickly.

Andy Identified source of leak quickly; loose connection on faucet head, and loose connection on garbage disposal. Clearly communicated the problems to me. Tightened loose connection on faucet and installed new mounting ring on garbage disposal. Also suggested I contact Kohler to replace the spray hose which had become stiff from the leak. Which I did and it is on the way. He clearly demonstrated how to install the new spray hose, and said someone from Bilz could stop by for a very small charge if I had any problems with installation. Very satisfied with the service from Bilz!!!!

He called before he came and was at our home within 15 minutes. He was professionally dressed, polite and professional.He installed and reconnected the items mentioned above within 45 minutes. He cleaned up the cabinet and tested all fixtures before he left. He provided an itemized invoice and we paid with a check. A very good vendor experience...we will call Bilz Plumbing, in a heartbeat, for our next plumbing project.

Professional and courteous. They arrived as scheduled. Removed the old water heater and replaced with a new one. They cleaned up all debris and disposed of old system. Great job.

Best experience ever and we have been in our home for over 8 years. After having Franks and Roto Rooter out multiple times, it seems as if the clogged pipe issue was never dealt with appropriately before now. Zach was fantastic-fast, efficient and took care of our rather dirty problem. He replaced pipes and showed me every step of what he was doing, which I appreciate as a customer. I won't call anyone but Bilz from now on.

The supply line was leaking under the concrete floor and the leak was not apparent except for the water seeping out under the furnace. They looked it over very well and determined the furnace pig would have to be moved and the concrete floor busted up to repair the issue. I was expecting this news but was pretty upset by it also, knowing how expensive all this was going to be. They continued to examine the situation and came up with a new plan of attack. They capped off the supply coming through the floor and ran a pex line from the meter in the closet across the hall through the rafters and into the laundry room where it connected to everything else. They even added a new valve for the water line going to the refrigerator. They worked diligently to get it done in a few hours. This saved me tons of money and time. I would've had to wait until after the weekend and the job would've taken all day if they had done it the other way. I'm relieved now and thankful they were kind enough to see things through my bank account.

After ten plus years of hiring two different sewer companies to come yearly to rod out our sewer lines we decided on the local company Bilz Plumbing and Mechanical, 235 Second St., Ferrysburg, MI to replace our sanitary sewer lines. They replaced 65 ft. of 4” sanitary sewer connecting from the cast iron line under the house to approx. 3’ from the center of the road. They also put a new outdoor clean out. The men came the next day and immediately removed shrubbery and worked until dark. The following day they completed replacing all the pipes including those under the cement sidewalks etc., where they tunneled under them to save us from replacing expensive concrete. After filling the hole the next day, they had the yard raked and leveled, ready for us to plant grass. Their expertise on the backhoe was amazing. They were reasonably priced, very hard working, professional men with the knowledge that only comes from being in business for years. We highly recommend them. Our only regret is that we didn’t call them years ago. Another company gave us an estimate of approximately $13,000.00.

The converter on my shower stopped working on morning. By the end of that day, a plumber was at my home fixing the problem. I was vey appreciative as I only have one place to shower in my home. The person on the phone and the plumber were both very pleasant. I will definitely call again when I need help!

They quoted the work and then completed the jobs timely and for the amount quoted (or less). They were professional, courteous and cleaned up afterward. I would definitely recommend them for plumbing.

I have had a great experience with this company, I have used them for several years. I was remodeling a bathroom and they redid the plumbing for that and they are replumbing my kitchen. They did everything I asked and completed the job within a couple of days.

They provide very professional, prompt service. They are reasonable. The service people are extremely helpful.

I had company due to arrive that weekend and I need help fast. I called on a Thursday, and got scheduled for the next day. The owner (Dan?) came out to the house Friday morning to take a look around and see what was needed. Right when he pulled up and got out of his vehicle, he smelled a gas leak that I didn't know I had. (I always pull into the garage when I came home.) He took a look around to assess my plumbing problems and told me he had to go back to the office (only a couple miles away) and he would send a couple guys over and call me back with an estimate. He said he figured it to be a couple hundred dollars. Well, the repair guys showed up about 20 minutes later, but I never heard back about the quote. I REALLY needed this fixed so I told them to go ahead. They finished in a timely matter, no complaints there. I did have a bit of a mess in my basement where they replaced the pipes. There was standing water in the pipes and some of in got on the floor and the stairs to the basement that I had to clean up. After they were done, they were packing up to leave. I asked for a bill, but they said I would be billed for it. I was a little nervous. I had nothing in writing from this company as to how much it would cost. I only had a vague idea of "a couple hundred dollars" at the beginning. I didn't get a bill from them for a couple of weeks. Overall, I think they did a great job. I'd give them a B+. An A if they had cleaned up a little better.

WE USE THEM ANY TIME THAT WE HAVE A PLUMBING PROBLEM. THEY ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE WHEN I NEED SOMETHING FIXED. IF I AM NOT AT HOME THEY WILL LEAVE A NOTE TO LET ME KNOW THAT THEY HAVE BEEN THERE. THEY ARE VERY TRUSTWORTHY.

OUR SINK WAS UNDER WARRANTY. WE CALLED THEM ABOUT THE LEAK. THEY CAME RIGHT OVER. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND PUNCTUAL. THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH FIXING WHATEVER WE NEEDED FIXED.

THEIR SERVICE WAS GOOD AND THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND ON TIME. THEY WERE ALSO COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE ALSO QUICK AND GOT DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER.

THEY GAVE ME SOME GREAT TIPS ON HOW TO SAVE SOME MONEY FOR THEIR SERVICES. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE VERY QUICKLY. WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS SINCE THEN.

THEY HAVE VERY FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS ALSO GOOD, WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH OUR KITCHEN PLUMBING SINCE AND THEY WERE ALSO VERY PROFESSIONAL.
