We are midway through a huge project at my house. Roof, siding, gutters and windows. So far the roof is completed. Still have all the rest to go but I will say that at this point I am very happy. I've worked with many many contractors over the years as I have several rental properties and have done extensive rehabs before. I'll update this review as the project progresses but so far so good. Lynette, the sales lady was awesome and hilarious. She even went on a little road trip with us to look at a couple examples of the siding colors and roof colors in an adjacent neighborhood. Zero pressure from her. I am in constant contact with Sam, the assistant PM, Keith the PM and Gary the VP. Sam even showed up on the day of roof install and was on the roof overseeing everything. I've never seen that before. Sam also bailed us out of a terrible siding color we were originally going with. They have been patient with us as we have changed things several times. As they should since we are spending 40K. The roof team was on time and they nailed it. Pun intended. I was home during the tear-off and install. Other than it sounding like the invasion of Fallujah, no complaints. They started at 8:00 am and were done by 4. Cleanup was superb. We had a bad leak previously which led to this project and now we are sealed up nice and tight. Since the siding was shot, and it's not going to be installed for a few more weeks, they told me they did a couple extra things to keep me water tight until the new siding is installed. BRAVO boys! The only thing that I would say is that they were the most expensive of all the quotes I received. Not by a ton but they were the highest. You absolutely get what you pay for though and thus far I am getting high quality materials with high quality installation and labor. I fully expect the rest of the project to go smooth.

It went bad from the first phone call when they asked if MR. was going to be available to speak with them. I let them know no MR contacted them, I did. (He died but that is none of their business). Then the guy on the phone told me they would come out, walk around for an estimate and then come in and sit down with me and discuss it. This signals a hard sell. You are not going to hard sell me. I have the money but you need the business and when a company forgets that... it is sad. The guy that came out told me he would not agree to leave the estimate in my door! They were late arriving for a 4pm meeting and a guy that works for me had to come with me in order for me to get to my house by 4pm. Ok, so now the guy is waiting to go back (his car is broken) so I tell the gutter guy to please leave the estimate in the door as I had already walked with him front and rear of my home. He immediately told me he would not do that! True to form when i got back to my home at 10p there was NO estimate in my door. (They intended a hard sell while seated in my home which is what i was told on the phone). I really have never experienced a company given to me by Angie's List who acted as if this was some business that came their way by finding it on their own. I expected this job to come back over $1000. due to the size of my home even with the $249.00 I paid for the first 50 feet, but this company can never have business with me. I was the customer and i requested that they leave me an estimate for my review, any questions I could call. So it was their way or nothing at all. Here is a company who feels the business is always right! They sure look right from here..... right and without a dime to show for it!.

I did not hire them. He was the most expensive one and the least knowledgeable guy. This guy gave me a quote for $30,000 and then within 5 minutes, he called his boss and said will knock off $5,000. I don’t trust these guys. The guy showed up on time but that’s about it and nothing positive after that. He was on time and he answered all of my questions but he was not trustworthy.

Young guy that seemed nice enough but wanted to charge me about 1k more then all the other estimates I received. I remember these guys coming to give me a siding quote as well and they were 2k more than the other quotes I received. After doing research..they don't end up doing there own work and just contract it out. I'm glad I didn't go with pro home improvement.

The salesman arrived on time and was pleasant. He was not prepared to access my attic. He did not bring a ladder and he had to stand on the top of my step ladder to stretch and reach up into my attic to take pictures with his cell phone. During this process, his pants fell down! What?! He was perfectly willing to have baffles placed in my attic, but I actually didn't need them. When I returned a call to the office, I mentioned the ladder issue. I got a defensive answer. I was told that I should have told them...I think they should have asked.

Great. The team who installed worked long and hard, did not cut corners, were neat and efficient, and made sure that the windows were installed properly. They removed and replaced portions of the sill that were rotted away, and added insulation all around.

Outstanding! Crew showed up on time and were very professional, friendly and helpful with my questions. job done in one day and totally cleaned up. Cost was excellent.

Everything from start to finish was so smooth with Pro! From the sale to the install everything was really easy.

I'm sure these guys do great work, but, it is one of those companies that send out sales guys to quote their work. I got my attic quoted for insulation and they wanted me to pay thousands of dollars for blown in insulation. At first, the quote was 4000. I mean, please. I have a 1400 sq ft home and my attic is, at most, 600 sq ft. I went to lowes and bought the materials and did it myself for about 150 bucks. Went from r5 to r38. I love supporting local business but it disappoints me that it is a company like this. Drop your "sales" team and offer fair prices. No one wants to pay for your salesmen's salary.

The crew was outstanding. They were very professional and hard working. They were on site for 5 days. They paid attention to every detail and did not cut any corners. They were very open and eager to work with the customer to ensure customer satisfaction. Having a Project Manager is very helpful which is why I chose PRO. I have not had good experiences working with contractors; some really are only in it for the money. My only reservation with this organization is the highly commission driven sales experience I had up front. I was presented with a very high priced quote and was expected to make a decision on the spot as the quote would be invalid after a day or so. I was given a "better price" and again had to make a huge decision on the spot. This for me was not a good experience. This is a huge investment and I felt like I had to make the decision on the spot because I'd have to go through the another investment of my time to get another quote after doing some bench marking. The workmanship and quality is outstanding despite the sales experience. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to pay more for a good product and service.

One of the company owners came to inspect the job as the men were leaving. He noticed a billing error in the amount the estimator/salesman had charged and said he would return to his office and call me back with the refund amount I was owed because I was overcharged for the job. Within an hour he called to tell me I would get a considerable refund of over $2300 back! The check arrived two days later! I don't know of many businesses that might work so hard to do the right thing by a customer as Tim and Keith did at Pro. I was very impressed by their integrity. A few days later there was a huge rainstorm and there was a small drip coming from one of the new gutter seams. I called the company and within two days Pro sent out a crew that fixed the leak and rechecked and recaulked all the joints around my house to make extra sure I was happy. I would definitely recommend Pro as an ethical company to do business with and say the company is very concerned about customer satisfaction and good service.

Gary was very responsive in setting up the appointment. Dwight arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable in his assessment of the problem. He inspected the attic and used the information we had about the roof, insulation, baffles and ventilation to let us know that our soffits blocked by paint are likely the reason for the problem. He recommended calling a local handyman to take care of the problem. We appreciated his honest assessment and a recommendation for a cost effective way to resolve the problem. Would definitely call and hire again.

They sub contracted all of the work. The owner was awful. They've had to do the work 3 different times and its still not done correctly. BUYER BEWARE. The salesman is very pushy. It is all BS.

Not only was the crew on time, efficient and meticulous in every way, they went above and beyond with suggestions of what would loll and work best but were proactive in redirecting water flow with extra materials at no extra charge and explaining what the existing system had done to the foundation of our home causing water seepage into the basement. They also explained what we needed to do going forward regarding maintenance. The project manager called several times to update me on the progress and what the crew was doing to better serve our needs and he stopped by the house to do the final inspection. The crew Forman was the last to leave making sure nothing was left behind and walking me around the whole house for a final inspection. All the men were friendly, respectful and just plain nice!

Our 16+ year old roof began leaking once the heavy rains started to fall this August. We contacted and met with several companies but were the most impressed with Pro Home Improvement. Beginning with the first phone call we had with them, to the meeting at our home with Erica, and then working with our project manager, Keith, to replace our roof, we have been nothing but impressed with every single person from Pro Home Improvement. They are hard working, ethical, knowledgeable, and really go above and beyond to do the job properly. Keith and his crew worked tirelessly to get our roof replaced, to help us understand what was happening at all times, and to make sure we were satisfied with the work from beginning to end. They really provide a high level of quality in the work they do and in their customer service. We love everything about this new roof and the experience we had with Pro Home Improvement.

Pro Home Improvement recently put a new roof in my home. They did a wonderful job. The crew was professional, efficient and courteous. They sent a large crew, removed the old roof, and installed the new roof in one day. They completely cleaned up after, the roof is great! We're very happy with Pro Home.

The process of replacing my roof was fully explained to me at the time I signed my contract. The process went exactly as it was explained to me. I rate the crew that preformed my roofing job as outstanding. It was a very hot day when they started but I didn't see anyone standing around doing nothing even during the hottest part of the day. My roof replacement was very complex and difficult job but these men completed it in a truly professional manner. I'm not an expert on roofing by any stretch of the imagination but I could see were experts at their crafts. From fabricating flashings to installing the ventilation system it was all done with care and professionalism. They also cleaned up after themselves before they finished for the day. The last day of the job was a photo copy of the first day,hard work and a can do attitude. On the attic insulation I paid for 15 inches of insulation but was given 18 inches. On a personal note I appreciate the fact the workers put up with my dog who loves being the center of attention. They all took the time to pet and play with him. Overall I am extremely satisfied with Pro Home Improvement and highly recommend them.

This was fine and I have no complaints about it. They did reimburse me $100 for destroying my tree.

We are very happy! Pro Home Improvement arrived at their specified time, they were very professional & nice. They worked in teams of removal, insulation & roofers. It was the FASTEST & most professional job I've ever seen! They also cleaned up after themselves as well as consulted us ( the home owners) as to other options to help insure the best job as well as save us some money.

All communication was excellent, thorough and professional from the sales experience to the completion of the project. The salesperson did not pressure me. He was very knowledgeable about building, home insulation, gutters & drainage, etc and his information aligned with that given to me by other professionals. We had no problems with any of the employees and the work was done beautifully. They also cleaned up the debris thoroughly. As out-of-state owner of this rental property, the communication they provided was very helpful. I never had to call to find out where the project was in the process. Additionally, I truly appreciated that they work on Saturdays! I highly recommend.
