Description of Work: Can't say enough about Pro Home Improvement. Sales Manager was very good at understanding exactly what we needed. Our needs were for insulation and siding. All staff members at Pro went the extra mile to insure that our needs were met and pricing was within our budget. Work crew was outstanding! Clean, courteous, professional and knew exactly what we contracted for. Work crew cleaned up daily; were especially attentive to clean up of nails, scraps so as not to cause injury to our 2 dogs. Final, end of job clean up was perfect! Project was completed start to finish in 5 days. Awesome to be done so quickly! Pro Home Improvement management visited our job site to insure our satisfaction during the renovation process and at job finish. Our home looks like brand new. I would recommend Pro Home Improvement at anytime and will use them again when the need arises.

Description of Work: Ridiculous. They had great customer service and the salesman who came to our home was professional but the high-pressure sales at the end of the meeting in addition to the absolutely ridiculous cost for siding is the main reason I would never recommend this company to anyone. We could have sided our house three different times with another company for the cost this company was charging.

Description of Work: I contacted them because I was trying to get a roofing company. They initially lied to be about some things. I had signed a contract, but cancelled it within three days. One thing they did was bad mouth some other companies. When I went online to the Better Business Bureau to find out if what they said what true, I found that other companies had been with them longer, had a great rating, and nearly no complaints. When they come to give you an estimate, they are very pushy. They try to hook you, make you sign a contract, and put a down payment down before you have a change to think about making the decision. I felt pressured by them.

Description of Work: He came out to my house and provided me with a siding quote. The salesman did an excellent job! The quality of the product and the way the salesman handled it and showed me everything was great!

Description of Work: They installed a partial gutter system where the area had previously broken. They did a fine job.

Description of Work: We had Pro Home Improvement replace our siding and gutters. We had gutter guards put on as well. I did a lot of research about sidings and companies who did this service and was greatly pleased with Pro Home Improvement. I knew we were spending a lot of money and wanted perfection. They came out and were at our home for about 2 hours for our consultation. We decide to go with them and had to special order our color. Within 2 weeks they were working on our home. They did a wonderful job! They spent 4 days working in the cold weather. I will admit I am a hard person to please and they came through with flying colors. They came early and stayed late and all was clean sand tidy. I had to leave for work so they just needed our garage to work in which was great. I would highly recommend this company. I had a couple of teeny things I wanted tweaked at the end and they came out and finished in no time. Tom was the project manager that I had contact with and did everything we needed finished.

Description of Work: I got an estimate for some gutter replacements and gutter guards on my house and gutters and gutter guards on the garage.The estimate was for $3484 and reduced to a sale price of $2613. I was shocked. I got the exact same job done by Alloy gutter for $775

Add a 15 amp circuit - Done. Add 8 can lights; not completed; one light doesn't work. Wire for 8 outlets - Done. Wire for surround sound - Not done. Take out concrete wash tub and replace with plastic and move washer - Not done. Tear down ceiling - Done. Put in ceiling - Not done, and didn't pay company for ceiling. Put in laminate floor - Not done. Stained and put up wainscotting - Not done. Build computer desk - Not done.
