When I asked about increasing the amount of insulation, he stated it would not give me enough increase in savings to offset the extra cost. The integrity was amazing.

At the beginning of the day there was a little bit of confusion about the project specifics from what we had agreed upon with the salesman so that took some time to sort out in the morning. But after that I was very happy with the work and our upstairs bungalow is much warmer already in these cold winter temperatures. Also, the salesman neglected to inform us that we are required to evacuate our home for 12-24 hours while the crew was spraying the insulation into our attic so that was a bit of a surprise when we scheduled our installation day. Great product quality overall.

They were timely and VERY professional...

I would recommend this company to friends. They were definitely the most comprehensive roof system of the companies we vetted. Some promises were made by the salesperson that weren't kept by the installation team - arrival time of work crew (said 7:30-8, was actually after 9), time needed to complete work (said one day, they had to come back a second day). There was snow on the ground on installation day, so a thorough cleanup couldn't be performed immediately, which I understood. I was told someone would be out again as soon as the snow melted. However, it was over 3 weeks later, and the snow had been melted for 2. So we had a yard full of nails and asphalt shingle debris for 3.5 weeks - not great for tires or dog paws. Some railing of our porch was damaged, but the clean up person fixed it while here and they are going to reimburse us for two damaged solar lights. Honestly, the roof is great, it was everything else that nudged them down.

WE had Pro replace our roof on the house and detached garage, tear off of 2 layers and replacement, then they came in with blow in insulation 13 inches, during that process we also had them replace the siding and install new gutters with covers, they installed a new storm door also, without a doubt this is the best company I have ever delt with, they did all they could to make us happy, they were very professional, and courteous and finisher the job on time with no extra cost, I couldn't be happier.

Professional and enjoyed working with the company. Work was carried out, "like they knew what they were doing". Also, good clean-up afterwards. This is my 2nd great experience!

Professional, efficient and prompt.

The experience with Pro Home Improvement was a positive one. They answered all my questions when asked. They were on time and completed the work as they said they would on a given time. Cleaned up the surroundings after the work was completed. Despite the cold weather they did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend them to any one interested in installing a new roof.

The workers were on time, efficient and extremely polite! They made sure I checked the job once they completed and they cleaned everything up well.

No other comments until the winter is over and see if the job is still in good standing.

it's somewhat expensive, but they do a professional job and are cheaper than Hansens

The installers were excellent workers and the windows are wonderful. We had 15 new windows installed. I worried about the 3 installers because the weather was bitter cold, windy and sometimes snowy, but they kept plugging away and when they were finished the clean-up was thorough. I would highly recommend Pro Home Improvement. I am extremely pleased with the job they did. The windows come out easily for cleaning, and they are guaranteed for life. And I'm looking forward to our heating bills lowering.

Pro Home arrived promptly as scheduled. Work crew proceeded at accomplishing the tasks at hand promptly and professionally. I was encouraged to ask questions and watch as they worked.. Work areas were left clean.
