The only reason I marked them down slightly was because of the salesman. He was very knowledgeable but very pushy, and that made us a little uncomfortable. All in all, they did a fantastic job for a great price (1/2 of what Hansons wanted!), and you can't really ask for more. Gutters look great and (so far) are doing what they're supposed to. Installation went off without a hitch and they were very polite and cleaned up after themselves.

We hired PRO for trim on the house as well as gutters and the crews were punctual, professional and polite. The owner made sure our color scheme was applied as requested, the clean up was complete and the follow up was fabulous! We would definitely recommend them to family, friends and neighbors; would hire them again!

I spoke with Spencer the sales man on Tuesday and my gutters where installed on Wed. Talk about fast. They were Johnny on the spot. I would definately reccommend them in the future and also consider using their other services down the road.

The workers were friendly, professional and approachable. The management overseeing the job made sure that details were taken care of , such as touch up painting when the fascia boards were replaced. The company was easy to work with, and responsive to concerns and requests.

I liked that the installers walked through what they were going to do with me and then just got to work and completed the job. Everything looked great and they cleaned up their work area. The only problem I had was a miss communication between me and the salesperson. Tim handled the promblem to my satisfaction at his expence.

Everything with PHI went very well -- from initial contact and the appointment with Bill in sales, scheduling with Tim and the installation crew. After the job was complete, I had a couple questions on the install and Tim was responsive and helpful in addressing my concerns. Great experience and glad that I chose them for the job.

I contracted with Pro Home Improvement to replace my roof, siding, gutters, and garage door with opener. Tim gave me a schedule for the work & it was done right on time. 6 days. Amazing. Mother Nature also cooperated. They showed up on time, were courteous & friendly, and cleaned up. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Pro Home Improvement for future projects.
