This was my own fault. I let the sales person talk me into the gutters and I found out later that I was overcharged for these gutters relative to the size of my house. I'll never use this company again nor would I recommend them. I should have insisted on just taking the quote and not letting the sales person wear me down by offering a discount "only available that day."

OUR GUTTERS ARE BEAUTIFUL. THE CRAFTSMANSHIP IS SUPERB. THE INSTALLERS WERE TOTALLY KNOWLEDGEABLE, POLITE, COMMUNICATIVE, WORKED AS A TEAM. ALSO, THEY WERE CAREFUL NOT TO DISTURB MY FLOWER GARDENS IN FRONT OF OUR HOUSE. THEY HAD A P0SITIVE, CAN DO ATTITUDE.

The young men, Jake & Josh, were very polite, knowledgeable & excellent workers. They did some extra caulking for me that needed to be done. Jake gave me a few pointers to help my gutters & downspouts more efficient. I appreciated all that they did for me. I would recommend them for any gutter job. My experience with the salesman, Steve, and the man I spoke to in the office, Keith, were both very helpful.

Our project leader Keith did a fantastic job with keeping up update on the details of the job and really made an effort to make sure we were happy with the new roof and gutters they put on my home. Tom the leader on the job site was very helpful and made sure the job site was cleaned up and was extra careful to make sure none of my plants were damaged during their work. I would highly recommend Pro Home Improvement.

Installers did a great job, kept me informed and answered any questions I had. All the people I talked with represented the company well.

The did an excellent job in one day using the materials and procedures as promised, plus a couple of hours next day. The half-a-point subtraction is because I'm still picking up many nails scattered in my grass around the house.

Everyone I met was very professional and efficient. I am very pleased with the qualify of work and the materials used. My new roof looks great. A team of workers cleaned up around my house so no nails or materials were left behind. I would recommend this company.
