Commercial and Residential Service Window Cleaning: We can clean interior and exterior of your windows, or just the exteriors. We do clean screens and tracks. Fragrance free service available. Gutter Cleaning We clean all types of gutters including those with gutter guards. Our gutter cleaning service is very neat and thorough. We hand scoop debris into a bucket rather than blowing gutters out. We take the time to clear downspouts and carefully clean up after ourselves. Description of Work: I had them clean all of our windows , screens and gutters. The gentlemen were very nice and did a good job. I just bought another discount coupon from them again to get everything done again this fall. Scheduling appt was fast and would recommend them to everyone!!

We take every care to ensure that dust is not kicked up inside your home, often this means taking particularly dusty screens outside to clean. While some screens are labled, oftentimes they are not, and they can easily become switched around. Of course we would be happy to shuffle the screens if you would only ask, this is the first we are hearing of it. We take enormous pride in our work and wish only to have satisfied customers. Why thank you! As I have said in previous reviews where a "b" is given for the price point, our price is actually extremely reasonable. We charge less per hour than virtually any other service industry. Your $300 job likely took more than 12 man hours, factor in gas, taxes (the cheaper guys are usually cash under the table), and the fact that I pay my guys a living wage, and the profits for our humble little company begin to look razor thin. Our cost is for a service well done with no problems, the cheaper guys are uninsured, unsafe, and can they really be trusted in your home? I really do appreciate you taking the time to write a review, and I thank you for giving us a "b" in price, while others would have taken their vengeance with a much worse grade, it shows that you understand at least in part that it is not wholly unreasonable. Anyway I just wanted to reiterate and clarify why, and end by saying that none in my company, including myself, are in any way wealthy. We often work very long days, long weeks, and in difficult weather and circumstances, on 3 story ladders, all to support our humble families. -Carl Scott

I TOLD YOU VERY CLEARLY AND POLITELY THAT YOU MUST CALL ANGIES LIST TO GET A REFUND, SINCE YOU MISUNDERSTOOD THE CLEARLY LISTED TERMS OF THE DEAL.THIS CUSTOMER HAS A 3 STORY HOUSE, THE GUTTER CLEANING DEAL WAS FOR A 2 STORY HOUSE. WE CAME OUT AND TOLD HIM IT WOULD BE EXTRA TO GET HIS GUTTERS CLEANED, BECAUSE THEY ARE OBSCENELY HIGH UP AND REQUIRE A SPECIAL LADDER, BUT THAT HE COULD EASILY CALL ANGIES LIST TO GET A REFUND.
