It worked out very good. They were out promptly and they did a good job. I paid the deal price and it was for exterior window cleaning. They had a limit as to the amount of windows they did for that price and it seems like I was a little outside that price but they did all the windows any ways for that price.

The provider called within a day of the purchase and made an appointment to clean the windows one week later. They arrrived at exactly the time they said they would and got right to work. They did an excellent job.

I misread the coupon ad , thinking they were going to clean in and outside the windows, They didi not clean the inside, which disappointed me.

We made arrangements on Friday for a Saturday appointment. The two techs showed up as schedule and performed the service in a professional manner. Just what you'd expect out of a professional company.

The team arrived on time with a very professional demeanor and aimed to please. They "detailed" the windows including the muntin bars. On the interior, they put back into place any furniture that needed to be moved. On the exterior, they continued to work even when it started raining. I definitely will rehire for the next job and highly recommend their services.

The work turned out excellent. He was very thorough and did an awesome job. He was on time and took the time to do the job right.

I called earlier in the week for information and a quote and receive a return call later in the day. Carl gave me a quote quickly over the phone based on my count of the number of windows and location and his invoiced price was essentially the same. They were able to schedule me for the same week. The day we had scheduled Carl called and they were actually able to come a couple of hours earlier than planned. Quality of work was very good and they also cleaned some debris that had accumulated between the screens and windows. Also appreciate that they had covers for their shoes so they didn't track through the house. Definitely will use them again.

The were great and I plan on using them again. He evaluated the caulking around my windows and let me know it looked good for a few more years. He and his partner were very nice.

We were able to reach Carl on our first attempt this morning. He indicated that he could actually do the job today. He and helpers arrived exactly on time and spent quality time doing their work to perfection. They were extremely cordial and efficient. We are delighted with them, and will certainly use them again. I contacted them a week ago, they came out within the week gave me the estimate and went right to work. They worked very hard for six hours. I LOVE my clean windows. CARL THE OWNER WAS TIMELY IN RETURNING MY CALLS. WHEN I ASKED IF I COULD HAVE ANY REFERRALS, CARL DIRECTED ME TO ANGIE'S LIST. I'D NOT EVEN BEEN A MEMBER. BUT WHEN I LOOKED HIM UP, AND READ THE REVIEWS, I NEW I'D CONTACTED THE RIGHT COMPANY FOR ME. THE SERVICE WAS BEING DONE AT MY 95 YEAR OLD MOMS HOME. I WANTED SOMEONE WHO RELIABLE, REPUTABLE, HAD A CERTAIN EASE IN CONVERSATION, AND WASN'T GIVING ME THE "QUICK SELL" TYPE OF SERVICE, THAT OFTEN IS OUT THERE. WHEN I WAS CALLED TO CONFIRM MY SCHEDULED SERVICE DATE & TIME, CARL ASKED IF I COULD PUSH BACK THE APPOINTMENT TIME, BECAUSE RAIN HAD PUT HIM BEHIND. WHEN I SAID THAT WOULDN'T BE GOOD FOR ME, I WASN'T PRESSURED OR MADE TO FEEL THAT I WAS CAUSING THEM GREAT DIFFICULTY OR INCONVENIENCE. MY TIME WAS KEPT THE SAME, AND THE SERVICEMAN, DUSTY, ARRIVED ON TIME. MY MOM AND I WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED. THE WINDOWS HADN'T BEEN CLEANED IN 4-5 YEARS. AND WHEN I DID THEM THEN, I ONLY USED THE WINDOW CLEANER THAT YOU ATTACH TO THE WATER HOSE OUTSIDE :-) SO YOU KNOW THEY WERE AWFUL! GREAT JOB, DUSTY. I was contacted the next day and scheduled for service within the week to fit my schedule. I had a very specific request of which windows I wanted and didn't want washed and they accomidated me to the letter. They arrived on time, were professional and friendly and did a great job. Now if they could predict the weather....as it rained the next day. But I was very happy with the service and would recommend them highly.

Owner arrived and looked over layout. Asked what we needed and then went to work . He had the appropriated ladders with him . He was very thorough and quick. Windows look great and made a big difference to the brightness of the room. He cleaned up and touched up as needed.

The service provider contacted me to schedule the service and was very acommodating about the date of service. He arrived on time and did an excellent job. Since we had more windows than the Angie's Deal covered, there was an additional cost, very fair. He did an excellent job. It has made a great difference. We realize that though we tried over the past 40 years to wash our own windows, we are NOT professionals. The cost of having Prestissimo Window Cleaning Co. was well worth it. We will use this service again.

Prestissimo was extremely prompt in proactively scheduling our window cleaning. They were on time, professional, very clear in explaining the window cleaning process, and they were very willing and able to tailor the job to meet our individual needs. Overall an excellent job!

Showed up early. Worked effeciently. Went back and touched any missed spots.

They made the windows sparkle! They were extremely careful with working around obstacles both inside and outside. My request to use fragrance-free soap was honored--this was a huge plus.

They arrived on time and completed their job in about 1/2 hour. The windows were cleaned on the outside only without any problems. I would have appreciated my hose placed back the way it was found, but overall I was pleased with the job.

Carl Scott, the owner of Prestissimo Window Cleaning and his crew have cleaned our windows several times. They never disappoint. In fact, they always go above and beyond what others do. As an example, rather than just clean several large, heavy storm windows and leave them for me to install (as I had indicated I would do) they took the time to install them perfectly and at no additional charge. I was quite pleasantly surprised when I returned home to find they had taken care of that. I continue to be so pleased with the work done by Carl that I actually pay more than his invoice. Such outstanding service is extremely rare today!
