They were able to accomodate me on a same day notice and they showed up on time. They did a great job cleaning all windows from inside and outside. They washed all screens and cleaned window sills. They were very professional, effecient, and polite. All windows are sparkling clean.. No streaks. They did exactly what i asked them to do. They were tidy and didn't leave any mess behind. their service exceeded my expectations and I am definitely calling them again to clean our gutters and will use them to clean our windows on annual basis!

I've purchased the special deal. The team of 2 came on time. My windows were very dirty. So I didn't set my expectations to high. But the final result was not very good. They even left some spider webs on some windows upstairs, so I've asked myself how were they able to clean it. Will not use them again.

It went okay. I did not know the deal was for only the outside and I wanted both done so it cost me more than anticipated.

The appointment was for a specific time and Carl called me three times to let me know that the house they were at before mine had more windows than they'd expected, they were a greater challenge than expected and they were running behind. He was thoughtful and professional with every call, making sure that it was all right to come later or re-schedule for another date/time. I was impressed! In all my experiences, it's rare for someone to be so considerate. When the crew arrived, they were quick and competent. My windows haven't been this clean since I bought my house. They even climbed up on my roof and cleaned my kitchen sky light window! I could see my oak tree branches clearly - what a lovely surprise!

Very accommodating and met my scheduling criteria. I was having out of town company and needed the windows sparkling. This company did an outstanding job and will definitely be contacting them on an annual basis! Very professional, timely and the price is great!! I had to pay a little extra since I had more windows than the Angie's List deal, but worth every penny!!

It was very expensive at the end of the day. My cleaning lady said, "They did not do a very good job. They did not do the shutters, they did not do this." So she was a little bit upset. It was my first experience. I thought it was okay. They did not even do the frames sometimes. There are two windows and there is a part in between which they didn't do. I paid $234 on top of the big deal amount. They came out to do the work a week after I purchased the deal.

The window cleaner did a great job. He was on time and worked quickly to clean about 15 windows and screens. The company dis such a great job that we used them to clean the windows in our new home.

The initial contact with the owner was great. I asked for inside cleaning, he said $5.00 per window,. I gave the condo square fotage and number of windows and he agreed to do it without extra cost. The problems started with the workers. First, they arrived almost fourty minutes EARLY. I was in the bathroom. They rang the door bell, called on the phone and left messages. When I got out, I called quickly, let them know I was home, and let them know to get started. They did, so I thought. One guy came to the back, counter the windows and disappeared/left. Only one person did all the work which took longer than anticipated. He must have gtoten tired, because he started missing windows. He did the balcony sliding door, but did not do the kitchen window facing the balcony. The two windows in the office did not look clean on the outside as the trees were blurred at the top but clear at the bottom where they were washed inside. I told him. He said okay. But he must have moved my neighbors patio furniture, put up the ladder, wash, moved furniture back, move the ladder to the back of the condo, went up and did the second window all less than ten minutes. I went to close the balcony blinds and saw him packing his vehicle. My first thought was how could he have put a ladder up to the balcony, do the kitchen window, go to the side, move patio furniture, to that window, go the the back and do the last window. It took longer to do the two large bedroom windows inside standing on the floor and the windows are side by side. I called the owner, he was silent as I explained. In fact, he was so silent that I had to ask him if he was still there! He finally said the worker will call me and he did. He was argumentative and disagreed with what I said. I ended it by telling him to just do the three again, if he insist he did it prior. No, I will not use them again. Advice: Make Adverisement clear with what the customer will get for the price. When owner gets a complaint, be cooperative and assist. Have both worker stay to help the other, so they wont get tire. If you have to repeat a job, do it without arguing. Just satisfy the customer. They were very nice and friendly and got right to work. The boss did a great job on the windows he did. His helper, not so much. Although the helper cleaned the windows well, he didn't take a couple of extra minutes and wash the sills. There was a big difference in who did what. I would use their service again since overall things went well. But honestly, if I had to pay the full price for the service I would be disappointed in the work. I must admit that I am fussy with work done for me and by me.

Carl arrived very promptly, which is always a nice surprise. After assessing my exterior window situation (in that I had more than the allotted 20 if each set of doors on the three-seasons room was counted), we came to an agreement on how much that should add on to my Big Deal price, then he got to work. After about three hours, my windows and screens were nice and clean. The service was excellent and I'm surely going to use Presstissimo again down the road, be it annually or even semi-annually.

Owner and his assistant arrived promptly - were courteous, very efficient and also kept shoes covered when inside the house. They did a great job, were pleasant but didn't waste time and finished within the estimated time. The windows on both floors are sparkling! He said the gutters were in good shape - so no additional service required there - appreciate his honest assessment as well! The fact that we can support college students in their educational journey is a plus - in addition to a very competitive price for a job well done! Plan to use them again when the windows need their next thorough cleaning.

The owner of the company , Carl Scott and his crew were fantastic. We have French doors and many windows..... They sparkled when they left. We have recommended them to our family and friends. We have used them recently to clean the outside windows only and another great job. I will use no other company!

The deal included screens, but I had already done my screens. So, I did not know, and I wanted to make sure they were done. It included the window sills that he saw if the window was raised, but he did not raise the windows. I cleaned the inside when you raise the windows because they were filthy, but he did an excellent job. He was very nice. This was the first time I used them. I lived in Arizona for sixteen years. I lived in Milford, and my husband and I retired in Arizona. After he passed away, I moved back here in 2010. I always had my windows cleaned in Arizona, and I had them cleaned two or three times a year. I started out at $90 and I had a 300 square-foot house with big windows, and he cleaned inside and out for $90. He was not Spanish. When you think of Arizona that is who does. He was a Mormon and that he did the whole neighborhood. That is how I got his name, and he was fantastic. So, it was cheaper there, but this, I started having him clean my windows in ’98 and he cleaned them again in 2010. So, I was not shocked at the price of the windows. I thought it was a little overpriced but not much. They cleaned up after themselves, and they were great. I was very happy. He gave me a better deal once I did inside and out, a much better deal. I think the price is in line with what it costs in Michigan, in this area. It is just that I lived in Arizona and it was cheaper no matter who did it. The quality was excellent though.

There is only one slight complaint--I saw a streak on one window. That is so tiny that I did not complain. the two men were polite, friendly, very efficient, and they seemed happy while they worked, as though they enjoyed the job. That was a plus. I plan to have them clean my covered gutters this fall and then return next year for an annual window cleaning. I was not only satisfied, I was relieved to find a company that can take these two chores off my hands. Specifically, I asked to have the outside of the storms done on most of the windows, and then six windows which were new were washed inside and out, from the inside. I don't know what other customers would say if storms had to be taken off, but I think the two men would have accomplished it just as efficiently. The lead man seemed perfectly comfortable climbing their remarkable folding ladder to the second floor and moving over the roof to get certain windows and check the gutters. Their window solution was eco-friendly also.

Showed up about 20 minutes late but called to let me know. The two men did a great and detailed job. My wife was very happy and that's what counts.
