The gentleman who did the work was friendly, professional, and fast. I had asked him to clean the carriage lights on the front porch (for an extra fee). He couldn't reach inside them so didn't charge me for cleaning the outside.

Great experience from start to finish. Carl was very responsive when I called to schedule and then again with a question. They worked quickly, were courteous, and did an excellent job. We are very happy.

This company was fantastic! Phoned they may be a bit late, but got to my house on time. I assisted removing the screens, but they washed them and put them back in. For only 2 men, it took them less than an hour to do all my windows in a 2 story colonial! Friendly, fast and considerate. If you need your windows done, call them! I'm glad I did!

Owner told me that windows would be cleaned, screens and all sills wiped cleaned. Sills were not touched. In addition, i have the front windows that have the snap in type mullions on the inside and these in some rooms were left laying on the carpet after they were done. I paid way more this time than I have from other providers in the past with much much better service.

The work was excellent, they called me and asked to come early which worked out. They showed up before I got there and started working. They were very polite and professional, there was also a couple extra windows and they did those as well.

They did a good job. They sent one person out to do the cleaning. They got the job done in about an hour and 45 minutes. The scheduling was fine and they contacted me to set-up the appointment after I bought the deal.

This was the best experience I have had with this kind of service. Quick response to my phone call. Washers gave courtesy call and arrived exactly as scheduled. All pricing up front. Workers courteous and thorough. The experience made me glad I signed up for Angie's List.

It worked out very well. For the first time I did my entire home and what motivated that was the Big Deal. Right after I bought the Big Deal, they followed up immediately. Then when I was ready to schedule, and I called, they were very accommodating to come when I wanted them to come; it was easy to schedule. Two guys came and they were very nice, polite, put shoe covers on, and spent way longer than I thought I would take. They were here from ten in the morning till about six at night. When I pointed out areas that I thought were not done well, they very readily and accommodatingly went back and mannerly did it. The supervisor of the two guys went around the house and did a final inspection and brushed up all the little things that he saw; I was real impressed by that. The Deal originally was $79, which covered fifteen windows exterior only so I paid $250 extra for the extra windows and screens. Even though I had to spend more money, I wanted many more windows cleaned inside and out so I knew there would be an additional charge. The price was very fair.

Carl was awesome! I purchased the package deal for 15 outside windows to be cleaned and because I only had 13, Carl came inside and cleaned two windows for free! so very happy with this company and I will utilize their services again!

Called quickly after I purchased the deal. Flexible on setting up an appointment. Called 5 minutes before arriving and came on time. Checked out the windows and told me what they would be doing. Three gentlemen did the work quietly and professionally. Windows look great and the job was done in about an hour and a half. Very satisfied and will recommend their work to others.

The 2 gentlemen arrived on time, worked all day (and it was cold out!) They were very careful about moving items that were in front of some of the windows. I can't believe the difference...granted, the windows really needed cleaning, but the windows are now crystal clear! My sister in law was so impressed that she had them do her entire house as well. I will hire this company in a minute the next time the windows need cleaning. They also did a great job on the gutters :)

I purchased a big deal to clean my home's windows. They called timely. They performed timely. They did an excellent job. The service was provided 12/26/2013. That was a cold winter day. Snow was drifting. An excellent job was done. I plan to have them come back again next year.

I emailed Carl with a question about the service area and he responded within an hour. I was very impressed. They were able to come out and clean my windows at my preferred date and time. The guys were very professional and nice. They did an excellent job and I will definintely use them again in the future. I've already referred the company to two people for window washing, and the company just left a half hour ago!

They were absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, they did everything beautifully. Cleaned everything inside and out. Were fast, clean , and professional. Carl and his crew have been doing the windows of our office in downtown Birmingham for some time now. Each and every time they arrive and begin the job, I remark how well they perform their work. (I put down the cost as $1.00, but I honestly don't know what the charge is - our accounting department handles that!)

They arrived as scheduled and asked if I needed the top gutters cleaned also. I told them that there were gutter guards on the top gutters. They said that they would check them to see if they needed cleaning. After cleaning the gutters, they cleaned and swept up all the debris.

The gentleman that did the work was extremely courteous. The job that he did was exceeded all my expectations. He had to access many windows via a ladder and in some areas, the terrain was very difficult to use a ladder, but he did so very gladly AND did a spectacular job of washing all the windows perfectly. This is a truly great company.

They were later than expected but called to let me know. They were professional and courteous. They made sure that I was satisfied before they left. I did make them "touch up" some of the windows that were streaky but, they didn't have a problem with that. It took approximately 4 hours for 2 men to clean all the windows and clean out the gutter. I would hire them again.

They did a fantastic job. They worked really hard and they did the inside and outside of the windows. They even got the windows on the third story which nobody had ever done. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting great work.

The crew of three that arrived were very professional. They were on time and got to work immediately cleaning exterior windows. This was the first time I've used a window cleaning service and didn't know what to expect. I did locate the company on Angie's List and used the ratings to select the company; I was not disappointed. I was surprised by the attention to detail in making sure that any paint speckles or window dots were removed as a part of the cleaning process. Most of my windows are Pella, so there are 4 windows to clean for each window section. This sometimes creates a cleaning problem as you're not sure on which surface the dirt is located. When they were done, the windows shone like I haven't seen in a while. I will definitely use this company again!
