Carl was wonderful! I booked him to clean our gutters. He came when he said he would and he even agreed to put a chimney cap back on that had come off for no cost. He ended up forgetting to put it on. When he called to ask how we liked his service, I mentioned the chimney cap to him. He went over and above the call of duty by making a special trip just to come back and put the chimney cap on. He was professional, friendly, courteous. I highly recommend his company!

After purchasing the gutter cleaning service and roof sweep, Carl called me right away and said they would come out as soon as possible, as I requested. He was quite polite and let me know that because of the time frame (I purchased the service on 11/25), weather (ice, etc.) does affect how they clean the gutters. In addition, he informed me that I did not have to be home when they completed the service; that they would like me know if they found any issues with the gutters or saw anything significant with the roof. My issue is that they did not let me know when they completed the service. The only reason I knew it was completed was because there was an unfamiliar black garbage bag in my backyard. After gingerly opening it, I saw it was leaves and assumed they had come out. I waited four days, expecting a call to confirm services were completed or a note in the mail. I finally called and again talked to Carl. He was again very polite and confirmed the service had taken place. The cleaner did notice that the chimney was slightly off center or a chimney cap was missing. I do appreciate that they were able to perform the service without me being at home. It was nice not having to leave work but I'd just like to suggest they leave a note in the mailbox or send a message to the customer to confirm the service was completed and provide any comments.

He was prompt and did what he said he was going to do, which was clean the gutters. He didn't do anything in the deal and he didn't take care of the underground gutter. He only charged me $65 and the other gutters are clean.

It went well, there was some confusion with the price on my end but they worked with me and discounted the work. My only recommendation is that they should have communicated that they would not be hauling away the debris from the gutters. Three large plastics bags were left in my yard. Other than that they did a good job and I will recommend them to my friends and family.

The company called within 24 hours of purchasing services on Angie's list. They suggested we wait a week for more leaves to fall. They said they would come the next week and would call before they came. They came on Wednesday - called about 15 minutes ahead. Cleaned all the gutters and let me know about some problem areas we may need looked at. Everything was bagged neatly. Would use them again.

No details, no work was done. AngiesList is annoying about demanding that every field be filled out for a review, whether relevant or not. AngiesList is also annoying because it's so hard to find where and how to request a refund, and it assumes every refund request involves a dispute that AngiesList must arbitrate.

They were great and I used them all the time. I live in a forest, I have trees in my front yard and I own land behind me too with trees too. They have cleaned my gutters another time and I will be using them again. They take the debris and put it in a black bag so that I can put it by my trash to be picked up and taken away. They are very great and have even cleaned my windows last spring too. They were excellent at that time as well.

Prestissimo did a great job -- showed up on-time, was professional, did a great job. Was very pleased with their work. Enjoyed talking to Carl, the proprietor of Prestissimo. Only small issue was that I expected to get more windows cleaned for the $99 deal I purchased through Angie's List. Total job was around $300 to clean the whole house. I didn't realize that at the time I purchased the deal, but that was on me (the details were listed in the small print of the deal). Overall, I recommend them and will likely use them again.

Josh showed up right at the appointed time. Introduced himself, explained his course of action and proceeded to work on cleaning the interior windows first so as to not track any additional dirt inside. He did offer to wear covers over his shoes. He cleaned the windows taking extra care to clear the corners. He finished both the interior and exterior. He then checked for streaks. The windows are nice and clear. I would rate this as an excellent job.

It went beautifully. I even wrote complements on the bill. Two men came; one worked outside while the other worked inside. I have a story and a half bungalow so they worked on two stories. The day was very sunny, a hard day to do windows and not have streaks. They worked carefully and obviously knew their job. I would have them back in a heartbeat.

After ordering this service as a Big Deal I was promptly contacted by the company owner and we agreed on an appointment time. The day of the appointment the 2 man crew arrived on time and I decided to have more windows washed than the 15 that were paid for in the original Big Deal which was 15 windows washed for $99.00. The crew did a very nice job and I would buy this service again. I was also informed they clean gutters so I will probably have them back in another month for that.

It went great. Spencer was very pleasant and was so helpful. He not only cleaned my very old windows (the sun pours in now!), but he helped me get an old AC unit out of one that I assumed we'd skip. He even got some old paint off of that one. He also took the initiative to help with a couple of other issues he knew I wouldn't be able to correct on my own. I will look forward to using this company again, as soon as my windows are in need of some some sparkle again.

The workmen were prompt and professional. They came at the scheduled day/time despite a heavily overcast sky, and continued working through some light rain and distant thunder (they were, in my opinion, well within their rights to reschedule). As they worked, we noticed them carefully cleaning up after themselves, both on our property and on our neighbor's. They didn't check in when they arrived, but within a couple of hours, they rang the bell to let us know they were done. My only minor complaint is that over the next day or so, I found a few pieces of what looked like old screening they had pulled out of the gutters. This debris was in a few places around the side and back of the house. Not a big deal, just something they probably missed in their final sweep. Overall, I thought the company did good work at a very fair price. We will definitely use them again.

I contacted this company via Angie's List and was called back about 20 minutes later and put on the schedule for a gutter cleaning. They called the day before to confirm the time, and again about 30 minutes before their arrival to let me know they were on the way. The workers were very courteous, offering to replace floodlights while they were up on their ladders, and reattached a piece of metal siding that had come away from my eve. When they were done with their work, everything was swept clean, and they let me know about a potential leak near my chimney that we should address before wintertime. THIS is the kind of customer service I expect when I hire a contractor. Will definitely be calling on them again.
