WOW! You would be lucky to hire this company. Prestissimo provided us with the highest quality of work my husband and I have ever experienced. They paid immaculate attention to every detail, including clean-up, and even wore protective booties over their shoes when inside the house. They carefully and neatly stacked the storm windows exactly where we requested. They were polite, considerate, and truly a pleasure to have in our home. Last, but certainly not least, they did an amazing job as the exterior of our home looks fresh and clean and all the windows actually sparkle, both inside and out. We will definitely, without hesitation, hire Carl and his crew again. Thank you gentlemen!

Excellent job and great service. Patrick and Jerdon were professional and thorough. The power washing took a little longer than expected, however, the trim had not been cleaned in a couple of years and there was a build up of grime that had to be scrubbed off. The trim looks like new. The job was completed quickly, given the amount of windows to be cleaned as well. Highly recommend Prestissimo for your window cleaning needs. I will request a return visit in the fall.

Carl came out the day after I contacted him and cleaned all of the gutters around my home. He also replaced a couple of nails that had come out causing the gutters to pull and bend away from the house. Overall very satisfied with everything.

They did a nice job. It was very timely. I scheduled it fairly early. I scheduled it in a particular time. It was easy to schedule. I scheduled it for a week or day that I wanted to schedule it for. I was pleased with the timing. I liked that I didn't have to be home in order for them to do the service. I didn't have anything particularly I disliked about them. They were professional. I would give A on all of them. I would use them in the future.

Was called with a heads-up as to what time serviceman would be arriving. Work was done promptly and for a reasonable price. Would use again.

It went fine. They did it while I was at work and I never saw the people. There was no additional charge. They did what they said they would do.

It went well. They came out and did a good job. They were efficient. I wasn’t inspecting the gutters afterwards, but I could see some of them from my upstairs window. They looked pretty good. With regard to price, I didn’t really look at anybody else. I looked at their ratings on Angie's List. They had the best ratings and the best reviews. I went with them. In terms of pricing, I don’t know if it was competitive. I went with them based on how well everyone else thought they performed their job.

It turned out great. They were efficient. They were fast and they got the job done. They did a good job. The cost of service was good. There were no issues.

The services did not go as well as I wanted it to, even though it wasn't all of the companies fault.

I am a returning customer of Prestissimo Window Cleaning and for good reason. I called Carl about getting my gutters cleaned out, on my colonial, as I've used them before for window cleaning. He told me they did indeed do gutter cleaning as well and said he'd call me back in early November after the leaves were mostly down (his own suggestion). On my drive home one night, I decided I'd give Carl a call the next day to see when he'd have the availability to come out. I arrived home to find my gutters were completely cleared with the bill already waiting for me. I was very pleased with the work and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing windows cleaned or gutters cleared.

When the provider viewed the situation, he was able to accomplish the tasks without a problem. He showed a couple of issues regarding a tree by the garage and a tree by the house. He trimmed branches from both since they not only contributed to the gutter issue, but also, would lead to roofing problems. There was no additional charge for this and he said that if they came out next year, he would charge less for the gutter cleaning and roof sweeping since doing them was so little of a problem. I appreciated his "extra" work and his (written) promise to charge less in the future. All in all, it was a highly satisfactory experience.

Great job. They repaired problems and made sure everything was clear.
