Prestissimo Window Cleaning Company

They were on time and very clean. There was about 4 bags of trash and they collected all and bagged it. Nothing was left on the ground. Great service, my mom & dad are planning to use them too.

Great, no problem. Said we would not have to be home & would come when in area. Gutters cleaned out and all debris bagged, no mess left behind.

I don't know as I was not present when work was done. I believe all went well.

Initially the big deal included a roof power wash however on arrival the contractor indicated that was not needed, and the fact that my gutters exceeded the fine print we agreed just a gutter clean and we would call it a day. They were punctual, professional and everything went off like a swiss watch. really like this company very responsive.

I left a message in the morning and the owner called me the same day. He explained this was their busy season and that it may be a few weeks before they could do the cleaning, but was very professional and upfront about setting expectations. Their quote was lower than another provider by $100. They informed me when they would be coming out for the quote and the service itself was of high quality. The guys who came out were very friendly. They emailed a bill (which is nice, rather than old-school paper) and I was even able to pay with a credit card. This is a company and a contractor I would be happy to do work with again. The guy who owns the place is an entrepreneur who cares about customers. In this era of crappy service and people not getting back with you, this was a refreshing experience.

It took awhile to get them out to do my cleaning. They were "booked". Didn't get an estimate until they were out to do the job. I had one other estimate. There estimate was 30% more, but were able to do the job right then. I had an appointment with the other cleaner, but they couldn't be out to do the job for another 4-6 weeks. BUT the company I did use did a very good job. It may have been worth the extra cost.

The team who completed the work did a great job and were very professional. I have absolutely no complaints with the crew. I thought "complete" window cleaning was inside and outside, however it turned out to only be outside cleaning. I went back to check the verbiage on my coupon but apparently once you purchase it, there is no record of what you purchased on Angies List. However, I am very disappointed in the pricing I received for the "coupon" I purchased. I investigated all coupons offered by the company to see if one was better than the other and all averaged $6.60 / window When I scheduled my service, I was told additional windows would be $5 each (not the $6.60 I was charged for the first round). I figured this was a discount if additional windows were added to the bill When work was completed, the team advised me of their pricing if I want to use their service again: $5/ exterior or $10/exterior & interior. In other words, I purchased a "deal" that charged me more than the standard rate. I take full responsibility for not confirming the regular price before buying the deal - buyer beware. But I would never have expected a company to charge me more than their normal rate through a deal on a consumer review site such as Angie's List. While I thought the team did a great job cleaning my windows and VERY dirty screens, I do not believe I will work again with a company I don't feel is honest in their pricing strategies. I can no longer trust their quotes and will always wonder if I am getting the best price. It's really too bad because their team and the quality of their work speak for themselves.

Everything went as expected/as promised.

Gave me an email quote (based on the size of my home) and stuck to it. Service performed while I was at work, and gutters (and yard) were clean when I got home. Scheduling took a while, but this is evidently the busy season, and they did answer all my emails. Would use again.

the provider showed up on time was very responsive and did the work very neatly. the whole Service lasted maybe a little over an hour. All the windows look beautiful the screens were cleaned too I would definitely hire them again.I don't know what the band of neighbors is so I did not check that box.

Came on time and finished in a timely manner. Windows looked good and I will probably use them again. Bonus was they pointed out a problem with a window and I'm in the process of getting it fixed.

AWESOME!! VERY quick response and very professional to deal with. I only decided this morning to have the gutters cleaned and called Carl. I realize his schedule is going to vary from day-to-day, but today his assistant John was here a couple of hours later. 2 hours or so of work (single story home) and PRESTO - job done! Don't hesitate to use Prestissimo - I know they'll be the first one I call when I need help with clogged/dirty gutters!

I knew we had a problem with an area of our gutters after the last heavy rainfall. I climbed a ladder to inspect the area I could reach and noted quite a bit of debris. They came out and spent less than 30 minutes on our gutters. We have a 3500 sq ft home with gutters all around. They stated the gutters were all very clean and left. We called and had them come back to clean the gutters we knew were a problem. They filled a bag on the second visit and they had the nerve to say "we won't charge you for the return visit". Prestissimo should probably stick to windows. I wouldn't hire them for either service.

The owner and helper showed up on time. The owner told me that what I purchased was for so many windows. I had about five more than what the program called for. If I wanted all the windows cleaned inside and out it would cost me $40.00 more. I agreed to pay the additional charge. They did a great job.

Everything was great and nice job on the clean up. Thanks and we will see them again next fall.

The service was excellent. They were on time clearly communicated and were very respectful of my home. The job looked amazing when finished. Our windows have never been so sparkling clean! I highly recommend Prestissimo Window Cleaning for anyone looking to have a great window cleaning experience!

. The two young men were very professional and very detail oriented. One of them worked on the outside of the house and the other did the inside. Every time they came into the house, the placed protective covers on their shoes. They worked from the upstairs down. I had very large windows and they used a ladder to reach some of them. On the windows that had screens, they removed each screen and took them outside to be cleaned. I had 15 windows on the lower level and 6 windows on the upper level. Purchased the $120 Angie's list offer and had to pay extra for the inside window cleaning and the cleaning of the screens. I paid a total of about $300 for inside and outside cleaning. Plus, I noticed that my chandelier was so dusty that they cleaned it for $40 which was included in the above charge. I am very happy with how clean the windows were when they left and the chandelier looks brand new. They were very careful to not make drip marks on the window sills or my beige carpet while cleaning. When cleaning the chandelier, the young man actually had me come to see if he had missed any panels or redo any of the beveled panes of glass. I hadn't cleaned the windows in two years so I guess the charge was appropriate for all they did. Was a little surprised that they routinely did not do inside window cleaning when they cleaned the outside but they will do it if requested. Overall I am pleased with their service and would call them for future cleaning.

There's a reason Prestissimo has the reputation they do on Angie's List. They are absolutely excellent in every way - from their customer service to professionalism to the quality of their work and everything in between.
