Prestissimo Window Cleaning Company

The company returned my phone call immediately to set up an appointment. The person who came out was on time very professional had all of his own equipment including trash bags. He did a great job and cleaned up everything. I will use this company again and referred them to a friend. Sorry it took me a little time to do the review I was having an internet issue but it is a great company.

Prestissimo contacted me promptly after I ordered the service. This was the first time I bought an Angie's List deal through Angie's List, so I did not know what to expect. The company arranged service and came out two business days later. Service was courteous, efficient and they did the work as advertised. I would use them again!

Windows look great. In addition they did a wonderful job protecting a bird's nest right beside one of the big windows at the front of the house. I will definitely have them come back every year as the house looks fantastic!

After speaking with Carl, the owner of the company, I have agreed to update my review. I still don't think the job was done right, but my money has been refunded so I feel that their satisfaction guarantee has been upheld. I have also removed the photographs that accompanied my original review. My original review follows. They arrived on time, but had forgotten some equipment so they left and arrived back about 30 minutes later. They got right to work. They started inside and them went out. They seemed to be working well, so I didn't pay too much attention. Once they said they were about finished I went around and looked at each of the windows. I was very surprised and disappointed to find that there was still dirt caked in the tracks and that the screens were also still very dirty. I pointed these things out and was told that this was $100 job and maybe my expectations were too high. I said that I guessed they were as I expected my screens and window tracks to be clean. He then said that his coworker had done those windows and that it was hard to find good help. He said that he would go around and inspect all the work and clean up what wasn't done right. I checked back a bit later and while there had been some improvement they were still very dirty. I gave up and paid for the work. I didn't imagine I would get any better service by asking them to be dome a third time. I have lots of 'after' pictures that show exactly what this company considers 'clean' and 'the best quality service.'

I purchased an Angies List deal to have this company clean out my gutters. They came to my house with in a week of purchasing the deal and performed the service. I would highly recommend this company in the future. My only complaint is the guy told me they charge $1 / linear foot and I paid $115 for 100 linear feet of cleaning using the Angies List deal. It makes more sense to pay the company directly and save $15.

I used a Big Deal but unfortunately that got swallowed up in the first half hour. I had a lot of gutters that hadn't been cleaned properly for years. I didn't know that. I inherited the house and I didn't know they hadn't been done at all. They are very good. They very efficient and friendly, accommodating, not noisy or anything. They are quiet when they're in the house to clean the windows. They just got on with their work. Anything I asked them, like there were some screens that needed replacing and they were able to do that.

Prestissimo came out promptly and did an A+ job. They had a friendly service. Prestissimo is my favorite company to call back many times over.

Called to make the appointment and left a message. Owner called me back in less than 15 minutes. Gave me the pricing over the phone and told me they would give me the next available slot. I didn't have to be home. He said it would be done within the week. Got a call two days later saying they measured the gutters and we're heading up the ladder at my house! Awesome!! They told my husband what the problems were and how they remedied the situation!! Payment was super easy with so many different options! We were very impressed!

I purchased the $195 special pre-paid package and thought I would be contacted to set up a date for service. When I called the owner a week later, he acted surprised that I hadn't gotten an email regarding my purchase. After indicating my disappointment in the lack of customer service, he became irritated and implied I should have known to call later to schedule a work date after purchasing a coupon. The attitude of annoyance and unprofessionalism in the phone call was surprising from an Angies List member. I was angry and doubtful that I chose the right company. Later the owner sent out 2 workers who were very efficient at their jobs. They were kind and helpful. They did a great job. If my initial contact had been with one of them, I would have given this company an "A" and a great review. Customer service matters and customers have a right to expect it for the money they spend.

The team of 3 worked diligently for 4 hours on our gutters and windows. The men were professional and worked efficiently while here. Our windows look sparkling and I won't hesitate to call them again when it's time for another cleaning.

Great! We had a clogged gutter just above our driveway that was causing water to seep into our basement. When I scheduled the cleaning, I let them know this, and they were very responsive! They graciously came out the next day and thoroughly cleaned our gutters. We have not had water in our basement since! I was very impressed with their punctuality and customer service.

My gutters were extremely dirty, to the point of having stuff growing out of them....LOL. But these guys did an excellent job, i can't say enough of how happy i am with Prestissimo and its owner Carl. I love love the fact that i got great service and DID NOT even have to deal with the folks providing the service.

We have been using Prestissimo since Fall 2013 for our window cleaning and gutters. Over that period, I have not been disappointed. The crew that came today was lead by Patrick, who's been here several times, with two other workers. They go about their business in a professional manner and clean up after themselves, so all you're left with are clean and sparkling windows. If you do see an issue, they address it immediately to meet your expectation. This was a bad year for maple trees and the amount of debris in the gutters and on the roof filled a couple of bags. I've concluded that it is better to pay a professional company to clean the gutters than risk myself doing the work (and I wouldn't do as good of a job either).

Prestissimo was punctual, very detailied oriented and trustworthy. I think they did a fantastic job.
