Prestissimo Window Cleaning Company

Easy to schedule. They arrived, did the work, and left. No drama. The gutters were well cleaned. There was minimal mess around the house. All of the debris was carefully bagged and left near the garage. Overall, not the cheapest gutter cleaning company but reliable and efficient. Will probably use them again.

They were professional and good. Everything went well except they missed a couple of windows. I did not notice that until they left.

I should have written this up earlier, but time got away from me. In October 2014, I contacted Prestissimo to see if they could clean the smear off the inside of my windows. They gave me a quote and performed the work on Nov 6, 2014 I had a smear on the inside of the Pella windows that I could not get off, using various window cleaners, Bar Keepers friend, white vinegar & water, etc. The windows were installed in 2007. Prestissimo personnel were able to get the windows sparkling clean in one visit, so that even when the evening sun shined on them, they were perfectly clear. I was elated to have the smear removed. I had them again in March 2015 just to clean the outside of the windows. Again they did an excellent job. I plan to have them again in Dec 2015 to clean the outside windows. Cleaning just the outside of the windows was $90. It would be nice if they would set up a reminder list to contact their customers on an "as requested" basis. I would like it to be every May & November. Being busy it is easy to forget until you are looking out a noticeably dirty window.

I was promptly contacted. We agreed on a date that would be the day before our refuse disposal service so that we could leave the refuse bag for pickup. The service men were on time, and the work was performed as I requested (obviously I didn't climb up on a ladder and inspect their work). Once completed, I believe it was Carl Scott, who came to the door, summarized the work, findings (none) and let me know based on what they saw, once a year cleaning should be more than sufficient. Of key info was whether they saw possible openings for birds, squirrels, etc. to come into the house. No openings found. I must also note that it was raining but that did not deter them (we used our security cameras to periodically observe; there were 3 technicians/workmen who came and provided the service.) The wind blew the ladder down in the back of the house, fortunately no one was on it and no property damage (rose bushes, house, etc.).That just lets you know the inclement nature of the weather when they performed the service. Would I hire them again? Oh yes, most certainly.

Cleaned gutters on a 2 story house and the dormer on the third floor. Did the downspouts and bagged all the leaves and debris. Very satisfied.

,It was fantastic. The crew of 3 were on time, professional, polite and unobtrusive. Very clean. They made sure there were no spills anywhere. They were absolutely meticulous. They didn't just swipe the windows but went around each frame carefully and into the corners. Also, they worked h****** those gummy, hard to remove spots that seem to appear out of nowhere. Everyone was working quickly and efficiently and it was all done in about 2 hours. The snow and wind outdoors did not phase Brandon who didn't rush or miss anything. I want to emphasize the quality of the job because even when we were able to do it ourselves it would not have been that good. And it would have taken us several days with breaks between if we could even get at the upper ones. I have already asked Carl to put us on the book for next May when he begins scheduling. I don't think we'll ever clean windows again at this very reasonable price.

Carl was extremely prompt in returning my call as well as completing the job. He was at my parents' home within an hour of calling me. He was courteous, professional, friendly and thorough. We will be using Prestissimo for years and will definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thank you, Carl and team!

Prestissimo gave me the schedule date I requested and Mason arrived promptly and got to work. My Angie's List price was for a portion of the gutters and I was billed extra for the additional gutters. Mason measured and told me what the extra amount would be before he started. He worked hard and cleaned up well. This is a 3-story house so he had to do lots of ladder climbing. He did a great job and I will definitely be calling this company again in the future for both window cleaning and gutter work. Thanks.

Arrived on time. Friendly and accommodating. The Big Deal Voucher from Angie's List was for 100 linear feet of gutters. Our total length was a bit more, but did not charge for extra. Did not crawl on roof to inspect work, but the amount of material that he collected looked like he had thoroughly cleaned the gutters. Voucher indicated that the service did not include a gutter flush. But he indicated that if it appeared that downspouts were clogged, he would return.

I will be calling them back in the spring.

They did a fine job on the gutters as far as I can see, and ours were not in great shape. They did leave the bags of detritus on the driveway, however. I cannot remember if they had said they would take it away to dispose of, but I would have liked to have been asked where to leave the heavy bags. Everyone was polite and came when they said they were going to.

I was not there when they performed the work, but I came out afterwards and it just did not look like they had done a great job. I obviously did not get up on my roof so I don't know about the other areas. They came on time and were reasonably priced. I just did not think the overall price was all that great.

It went great. Carl did a wonderful job cleaning the gutters. He also cleaned off the roof for me, for a small additional charge. He cleaned up all the debris, and since it was my trash day, set the debris at the curb for trash pick up. I am very happy with Carl and the work he did.

The service provider contacted my husband and myself to say that we did not need to be home for the service, which was ok because someone is always at our home. So we got a date from the service provider stating that they will be out to clean the gutter. Out of the two dates that the gutters were to be cleaned no one showed up. My husband then called the guy to find out what happened, the provider stated to my husband that someone had already came out to clean the gutter when in fact no one came out. The guy then retracted his statement and sent someone out the following day.

I was contacted promptly and was told the price was for 100 feet of gutters. The representative looked up my home on google maps and told me that it looked like my house would fall close to the 100 feet with a few possible additions for $1 per foot. The workers arrived at my home on time and contacted me to let me know that they cleaned the upper story of my gutters and that they reached the 100 foot limit just for the upper gutters. They told me it would cost in excess of and additional $115 to clean the lower story of my home. I asked them not to clean the lower story since I thought the pricing was too high. All in all, I thought that my conversation with the representative on the initial call was misleading regarding the pricing. I would recommend that a fair estimate of the cost be agreed to up front.

They showed up on time , I actually forgot they were coming. They cleaned the gutters quickly. I actually did not have a lot of debris in the gutters and they promised to send me a good coupon for my next appointment with them, I hope I get it soon I am in need of my gutters being cleaned. I would love a package that includes the down spouts being cleaned and the gutters being flushed that would be nice.

They left a saw in the gutter when my husband went to inspect the completed job. If the gutters were clean, a saw would not have been there. They came back to redo the job.
