It went well. I was informed that my gutters were not clogged. My gutters need repair due to sagging.

They were out the next day after ordering, showed up when the said they were going to show up. Efficient, thorough and left the yard cleaner than it was

Work was done without mess and the guys were so quiet I barely knew they were washing windows. The windows are clear and streak free, and I am very happy with results. The only downside was timeliness. When no one had arrived 30 minutes after appointment time, I called and found out they were running a couple hours late. Apparently, the previous job was much larger than anticipated. I understand this, but would have liked a call, as soon as they realized they were behind, so I could determine if I should reschedule or do something else, during that time.

They came in on time, very friendly. They did a good job, Just missed a few spots.

They came on time, did everything almost perfectly, worked like dogs, and didn't ask for more money. They gave us the senior discount. "Tip" them heavily; they deserve it. We're only sorry we've moved out of the area and cannot use them again. These people will earn your business.

I found debris left in the gutters, they did not get it all. I would tell others to get the window service but forget the gutters.

Not well, they actually came out when I wasn't home that's what I wasn't happy about, how can you come out and service someone and expect to do what they are asking for and look at what they are asking for so that's what I was very unhappy about so,I wouldn't know I didn't see them, they just left a trash in my yard in a bag which I felt they should have taken with them and left a note, well I would say they are poor service, I wouldn't use them again, they need to be taken off the list.

Now that I have a contract, they simply come--I don't even have to call--and they use my credit card automatically to pay for it, at a standard rate. That is a measure of how much I trust them. This last time, I didn't even know they were here until i heard a noise and opened the door to find that they were just finishing in time to avoid darkness. The men are thorough, efficient, and seem to enjoy their work. When asked, they will give advice, such as my asking about gutter covers and the pitch of one gutter: they photographed that gutter to show me that it was off, so we removed the cover to avoid an ice jam--it worked. Their service is a boon to me because I am getting old and need simple, effective service providers.

On time, did the job, left no mess, and got out. Hope to use again.

The contractor showed up after calling me to check if anything special needs to addresses and sent pictures after finishing the work.

Carl was wonderful. He was persistent in trying to contact me (did not update my phone number in Angie's List) and when I finally contacted him through Angie's List messages, the work was finished immediately. The company did a great job. The house had been vacant for quite a few years and the gutters were full (tiny trees growing). They are now free of debris.

Called them in early October and asked if I could be put on their schedule after more leaves fell. I was concerned they would not remember to call, but they did and did a great job for a great price!

They came out within 3 days of when I called - they brought a very nice crew, and worked really hard. We have a ton of windows and they did a great job....with construction next door and many many years of dirt and grime, they had to scrape a few of them to get them clean. A bit more than I wanted to spend, but you get what you pay for, and they did a very nice job! I will use them again in the future, and I think one of my neighbors hired them while they were cleaning the windows!

I bought the coupon from Angie's List. A Prestissimo rep contacted me right away. There was a bit of a delay due to windy and rainy weather but that's totally understandable. They were on time, professional, friendly, quick and thorough. All the debris was bagged up. Would recommend and use again.

Everything was great. I submitted a request for a quote online and heard back within a couple hours. They had availability the same week, so I set it up. Gutters were cleaned without me having to be there and I was able to pay online.
