Great job, quick and cleaned up afterward

It was not only how he did what he did. It turned out I had a hole in my roof and I would not have known it had it not been for him. He told me everything. I guess the price was fair because I had not priced it. I don't know if it was a good price or bad price. I know I was satisfied with the work they did for me.

They did a great job cleaning the windows and the gutters that were full of mud. We live on a dirt road and I don't think the previous owners cleaned up in many years so things were pretty dirty. They cleaned up and didn't leave any mess behind. Everyone was personable and the experience was great. Quote matched bill exactly. Couldn't ask for anything better.

The owner contacted me to set up a day and time convenient for me and requested that I am home when the service is provided. His crew contacted me a couple hours ahead of the appointment time and indicated they were running ahead of schedule. Asked if I would be home approximately an a hour ahead of schedule. I was at work but was able to accommodate their schedule and leave work. The crew showed up right at the agreed upon time. Dusty, the lead team member walked the property with me to count windows and address any concerns I had. Dusty and his team were professional and did a great job. They notified me when they were done. I will definitely use them again.

Fantastic. They are easy to schedule with, answer all questions, explain the options, were flexible and essentially doubled the job by doing the inside windows as well when i asked them to the morning of. The windows were perfect. They even removed hard to get of paint from some of the windows from the last paint job. Careful with ladder placement.

For details, see information above. The entire process went very smoothly, from initial scheduling to emailing final receipt upon completion. I have had Prestissimo clean my windows of my house in the past. I will hire them again. I realize they also do gutter cleaning and will probably use this service as well, once the leaves fall from the trees near the house.

It went very well, plus I learned about, "Glass Fines" microscopic bits of glass left in the manufacturing process that scratch along the face of windows under certain conditions. Apparently these exist on a few of my windows.

No blockage, but the serviceman reattached a downspout that had separated from the gutter. He was courteous, clean, and professional. I would happily use this company again.

I couldn't be more pleased! Scheduling with Carl was wonderful. He answered the phone Saturday afternoon. Within a short time, I had a quote and the job was scheduled for Monday morning. How wonderful is that!! The windows were very dirty and John and crew did a fabulous job!! They were professional and very pleasant. Prestissimo did a great job on my super dirty windows. They are now sparkling clean. I spoke with the owner, Carl, to schedule my appointment. He was very nice and accommodating, and he took the time to explain how his pricing worked. The two gentleman that came out to clean my windows worked hard, and they were quick and efficient. I had paint on my windows from the previous summer's exterior paint job. The painters used a paint sprayer, and I had a fine film of white paint fogging up most of my windows. Carl explained how they would carefully remove the paint, and the window washers did indeed get it all off without scratching my windows. I was so pleased, I recommended Prestissimo to my Mom, who used them a few weeks later to wash her vinyl siding that had some mold/mildew. She also had a very good experience. I will definitely have Prestissimo out every year or every-other-year (depending on my budget!) to clean the windows.

I called around 10am after realizing I was in need of a serious gutter cleaning. By 12pm the crew of two arrived in order to complete the job. Within 20 minutes, the gutters were cleared and the water was redirected into the downspouts and away from the house where it belongs. They are fast, efficient, and very professional. It's nice to get a problem so quickly. It doesn't happen often, but it does with these guys! We will be definitely calling them in the late Fall for another cleaning. Thanks for everything!
