Prestissimo Window Cleaning Company

It went well seeing as they did it when I wasn't home. It went fine. They were very responsive & I've had no problems. But, I also haven't been up there to look in them which is part of the reason I didn't do it myself. They were out within a week after I purchased the deal. They were out very quickly. They scheduled it quickly and they were out very quickly. There was no additional cost. It was just the amount I paid for online. Overall it went well for responsiveness, how quickly they did it, and how quickly they called me to set it up. I haven't been up there to look at it so I can't knock them for anything on quality. He lives in the area so he was very happy to get the job. They were very professional over the phone and I thought that they were priced reasonably.

The windows have never looked better. Carl was able to arrange for the crew to come the same day I called, and the work was done professionally and promptly. I highly recommend them!

Carl contacted me almost immediately and our gutters we cleaned that week and bags neatly left on our patio. I was not home at the time of cleaning but could see they did an excellent job. They even came back to sweep the leaves off our peaked roof. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you!! Sorry this review too so long Carl. Great job. Went over and above. Cleaned all the gutters even though we only paid for 100ft. All the yard waste bags were left out of side on the side of the garage. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a professional, reliable, fairly priced company Prestissimo is for you. They have done my gutters for the past several years and the job they do is outstanding. The employees call when they are on their way, they show up as promised and all of the leaves and debris are bagged instead of tossed on the ground. And what's truly amazing is that the owner, Carl, actually answers the phone when you call!! I simply give him my name and that's it. His recall is amazing and his customer service exemplary. A++++

Prestissimo has cleaned our windows on a couple of occasions. The first time they cleaned both the inside and outside of the windows. The second time the cleaned outside only. The team arrived on time, did a great job and charged a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them and we plan to use them again in the Spring!

The two guys who came were punctual, polite and professional. They worked quickly, cleaned the gutters and opened a completely clogged downspout that had caused considerable flooding in the yard. They also and bagged all debris that resulted from the cleaning. Charges were based on length of gutters.

They did a great job. Hired them for the second year in a row and they were prompt, with great communication. Booking was simple and their invoice/payment process was all managed efficiently online. Planning on using them next year and highly recommend.

These guys do a great job. They have come and done the windows spring and fall now for over a year and I plan to use them a couple times each year from now on. They are professional, do the job well and are helpful in getting things moved that need to be moved inside so that they can finish their work. They bring everything they need to do the job. Scheduling hasn't been a problem, I call, we agree on a date and time and that is it. They arrive when they say they are going to arrive, do their job and leave. It is wonderful to have them available to help a couple of older folks.

Easy to communicate with. Scheduled appointment without much lead time. Showed up when he said he would. Did a great job and cleaned up in a short amount of time. Also felt he was honest about the work he did and was pleasant to deal with.
