The electrician and estimator did a great job helping us make cost effective improvements to our older townhome. Louis made some great suggestions on additions so we could "future proof" our home. It was about 9 hours of work total but well worth it.
Description of Work: Needed a whole home surge protector and updates to circuit breaker.

The technician was friendly and professional, but it just took him a long time to figure out what the problem was. I just felt like he was there a few hours and I paid him that money. He fixed the basic stuff, but he wasn't able to fix my bigger concerns at that time. He discovered what was wrong with the outlet that wasn't working, but said he would have to come back another day to do it. I paid that money and felt like it should've been fixed for the amount I paid. The hourly rate was a fair rate, but I didn't really feel like I got the best bang for my buck. I basically paid for him to figure out what was wrong.
Description of Work: He came out to investigate some electrical issues I was having. He also looked at some outlets for me.
