No one ever called to schedule an appointment. I was asked if I checked my email. However, I did not because I remember specifying that a call be made to my husband's phone number. The response was that someone would make an initial contact by October 7th. Today when I checked while in conversation with you, it stated a call would be made by October 14th. Nothing happened so I'm back to searching for a plumber who will respond in a timely manner.

Actually arrived ahead of schedule and was very polite and thorough. He ran the camera identified tree roots and then ran the snake.

Turned out to be a minor blockage so did not have to dig through anything too troublesome. Drain was cleared fairly quickly.

the provided called and said he does not work in Milford it has been more trouble to submit a review that no work was done because he doesn't serve Milford, than all the time involved in the project

My experience with them was pretty good. I didn’t use all the money from the deal. I still have $40 or $50 from that deal. They couldn’t finish it because they came in and tried doing the drain line and then it didn’t go through. They then asked to dig and everything. So I did the job myself instead of having it done because it was too pricey. They asked for $600 or $700 extra to cut the old pipe and reroute it. I ended up doing it because it was all inside the house. I had 2 main lines going into my drain and the kitchen was clogged, and I had to reroute the whole thing through the bathroom. They were courteous and they tried doing whatever they could. They were just limited on things because they couldn’t find the main drain going out of the house. The price was a bit competitive because of the deal I had purchased. I can’t really judge the quality because the work wasn’t completed. Their responsiveness was pretty good.

It was okay. They were on time. They showed up when they said they were going to show up. The quality of the service was fine. I still have some money on that particular one but I have to find out exactly how much I will have left on that, so that’s why I called them today but they did not call me back.

Things went fine. It was all very good. They honored the Big Deal price of $111.

The pipe replacement seems to have went fine, but I haven't been able to check it out myself. The problem I have had with this company is the lack of care they put into my belongings and home while doing this work. They have destroyed various things in my house, left cigarette butts on my porch, and just shown a general lack of care for my home while doing this work. I am currently staying in a hotel covered by my insurance while they continue work on my plumbing and home. What was supposed to be a 4 day job has became a 6 week ordeal after complications with the plumbing replacement from the pipes which is a result of my home being on a slab. The overall experience has been awful and I couldn't recommend this company to anyone due to the lack of care they put into my belongings and the lack of communication on when I could get out of the hotel room and return to my home.

Don arrived at my home within the time that was scheduled. He greeted me with a handshake and smile. He went right to work and completed all work within one-half hour. He did a good job. I had a Cregger Plumbing credit from a previous Angie's Deal and therefore the cost of the work that he completed was only $74.00. I was very pleased with his work and will ask for him specifically the next time I have a plumbing problem.

took three visits, initial estimate to do three small things was way over the coupon so had someone else do two for 20$ (not hundreds quoted) and 2nd repairman took weeks, said coming back in five days took 10. It has high pitched whistle now. Don't use them

Very professional and Friendly. They were in and out in no time. I felt very comfortable the knew what they were doing.

They came out and stated they could not fix the problem that I needed fixed that day. They quoted me a price of $725 to fix the problem. I ended up doing it myself with the help of some friends.

The job turned out to be more difficult than it had first looked. However he stuck to the estimated price. This is a very old home and the fixtures were installed in the 20's in one bathroom and it took almost an hour just to remove the old faucet from the sink. He completed the job with great patience. The space he had to work in was very cramped but he never complained. Very professional. Everything was cleaned up, and the new sink and faucets look and work great.

Called before arriving and arrived when promised. Tech was very informative, keeping me up to date as to issues, etc that he was running into, house was built in 1951 so you never know what you might run into. Installed the backflow valves and cleaned up all mess. Other then new clean out in floor would never know they were here.

I really liked them, they were good. He is completely neat, very professional when you have any questions he can answer them all.

The technicians were very professional and thorough. They called before they came and were right on time. They were very conscientious about installing the washer/dryer in a way that would work best for me. It works great and there have been no issues with it. I really appreciated the follow up phone call from the office on Monday. I would definitely use them again.

The plumber was well within the range of time of arrival stated, and they called 1/2 hour before his arrival to let me know he was on his way. He was pleasant and professional. I gave him specific instructions for the pipe needed for the install of new cabinetry and the shut off valves. He gave me a price for the work after looking over the job, and a time estimate. His time estimate was spot on, with no extra charge for the time he needed to get parts. (He was gone less than 20 minutes) He installed new pipe and repaired the cold water valve, and installed the under sink shut off valves. He only replaced the cold water valve in the basement, and stated that having the hot water shut off valves under the sink and on the dishwasher was more than sufficient; another one was not necessary in the basement.. Not being a plumber, I don't have any means to evaluate this statement. There is a possible problem. I specifically requested ten inches of pipe into the cabinet, but he only installed six inches, such that the dishwasher shut off is touching the floor of the new cabinet, making it very difficult to turn. I'm not sure how this will impact me in the future, but the cabinet installers were not happy. He also installed "hammer valves " (?) which he explained will keep the pipes from banging when the water is turned on/off.

It went very well. It was a reasonable price. They were very professional and the service was completed with no issues.

The gentleman was enjoyable, punctual, efficient, and professional. He isolated the leak, repaired the leak, cleaned up after himself, explained what he had done and why, and was on his way. He was a pleasure to have in our home. We have added Cregger to our "family list of services" file. This list is out go to people that we trust care as much as we do.

I was going to have to have two drains snaked they said and I was told after they were already here that each drain could potentially cost $265.00 to clean, I decided to cancel the deal and not work with them at this point. After I spoke with management they agreed to complete the work for $200.00 but I didn't trust that this price would stand so I still decided to not work with them.. I had another company come out and they cleaned both drains for $185.00 and they're working flawlessly. They did not do any work for me.

They were professional about the situation but they do not service my area so I could not move forward with the deal.

The service went very well. My very old drain line was disintegrating and full of branches. They arrived on time, explained what would be done, and finished before they day was over. I have had no problems since. I now have a PVC drain, so no more annual (or so) snaking from my local (former) plumber.

Tech arrived and had the issue identified within 5 minutes. Severely clogged main drain line. He began to work on the clog and was determined to get it flowing again. It took maybe an hour or so but he did get it cleaned. Took the time to clean the area good once he completed the job. Very professional the entire time. I will definitely will call them again for all my plumbing issues.

He looked at the shower and he said that we don't need a new handle and he fastened the screws and that was taken care of. It ended up a little bit more because he actually had to replace the line. I was very appreciative. He could have gone ahead and just installed the new handle and he would have a cut through the wall which would have cost money. So, for him to go in there and just do that and say we don't need a new handle, I felt that was very honest of him. He was very polite and so on. There really was one issue but it was not his fault. He kept getting phone calls from his office. There was evidently an issue that had occurred at another job or something and so he spent quite a bit of time on the phone with several different cellphone calls from his office and not being able to complete the work that he was there to do for me. I didn't think that was right. He was distracted by those phone calls. I don't think it's professional to take the phone calls to talk about another job many times.
