They are local and they did a good job. They were helpful and they talked about what they were going to do before they did it. They also helped me move some landscaping and put it back so that was kind of above and beyond.

Our repair man Kevin arrived as scheduled, looked at boiler and gave me a verbal estimate on repair costs. He had our repairs made and heat on in no time at all. We have him returning to install a new thermostat next week.

Bill arrived promptly, quickly assessed the problem and completed the work that day. He was courteous and left everything as clean as he found it.

It went great, no more problems since. The pipe stop the odor problem too.

I have used this company before, and all of their plumbers are professional, courteous, and efficient. They showed up on time, prepared for the job, which was completed in a very thorough and professional manner. They reran part of the gas line in the basement, which was solid copper and made it very difficult to maneuver the dryer, with a newer flexible tube. The venting was dented and corrugated, and had a lot of lint build up, which was replaced with the straighter, smoother, and more durable tubing. I will continue to use this company in the future, and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family for their plumbing needs.

It went great. Anthony was very polite, and professional. What most impressed me was the cleanup. He was very thorough. What I thought would take at least a couple of hours took less than an hour. He knew what he was doing. Also, I called in the problem at 3pm and the company had arrived at 4:15 with 7pm the probable/estimated arrival time. Very impressive,

Our basement backed up with sewer water and smelled terrible. We called Cregger and they had someone out the next day. We had this happen about 7 months earlier and at the time out home had a Home Warranty due to our recent purchase. The previous company was terrible and although the told us the snacked the drain we had a n issue 7 months later. Cregger came out to our home the morning after we called. They were able to scope the drain with a camera and determined that where our pipe meets the city pipe tree roots were getting in. The plumber explained in great detail that although the previous plumber probably did snack the drain they didn't use a large enough snake to keep the problem from coming back. The plumber used a large bore snake and cleaned out the pipes and even showed my husband the before and after view on his camera scope. The plumber then educated us on a product ( I can't recall the name at this time) that we can put down the drain every three months to keep the problem at bay. The plumber even washed the floors with bleach water before he left! My husband and I found the price to be far and the plumber to be extremely educated and professional.

First, I was glad that Cregger Plumbing did not bat an eye at having to come down to Detroit, which is always an annoyance for homeowners in the city. Tim came to my house and was friendly and professional. He took about 30-40 minutes to cut out the roots that had accumulated in my sewer line and ensure that water could flow down freely again. He did show up a little later than the appointed time, but that honestly seems to be pretty universal for plumbers anyway, and I am happy with the service over all. I would be glad to recommend them.

They were efficient. Scheduling was good and they were always on time. I have never had any issues with the work they have done.

They felt that the project I wanted done would only address a small portion of a larger problem and were unwilling to solve only this smaller issue.

Overall it went well. If I had thought it was ok to put silicone between the sink base and the rubber gasket I would have done that repair myself. Did a great job on replacing supply line and new shut off valves. I think company should be able to give a better timeline on arrival with maybe a call on morning of appt with a closer arrival estimate. I could have worked until noon and still made it home with plenty of time to spare

after my previous F review Derek contacted me and asked me to give them another opportunity to complete the work. I felt he was sincere so we did schedule the appointment and the work was successfully completed

I purchased the service deal on angieslist.com for $200.00 worth of service for $111.00. They were very professional, pretty quick, and cleaned up after themselves. Very nice guys. I would say that the only drawback would have to be that I thought the job they did would have been covered by the coupon purchased, but I have to cut a check for the additional cost of $50.00. When they came out for the estimate, they probably should have said there would be an additional charge. Still, it was a decent value.

After complaining to Cregger about the workmanship of sealing the drain pipe inside the basement wall, they immediately came out and made the corrections. Based on previous work performed and the over all work that was done to replace the broken drain pipe buried in the yard, I would still call them for other plumbing work.

They installed a hot water heater. They did a good job.

Everyone was professional from the lady who answers the phone to the servicemen. No extra conversation. He just did his job.

Went okay. Not great. Technician not prepared for job and didn't want to spend much time on the first visit so had to come back. Used really cheap parts in the toilet. Still doesn't work well. Didn't really clean up. Very high price I thought for average and slow service. Couldn't finish the job as the technician still didn't have the connector to replace the kitchen faucet even though he knew on his first visit I wanted it done. Nice guy but not really into it.

We've had Cregger out on three different occasions. The first was to excavate and replace a clogged, collapsed original sewer line. They arrived early and worked until the job was done. Second visit was to install back flow valve following the storm of the decade - again, great service and work. Third time was a smaller job - installing a gas line for our dryer. Very happy with their work - would definitely call on them again.
