Anthony corrected a mistake that was made several years ago that we knew nothing about it. He was very nice and very cooperative and I will request him the next time we need a plumber from cregger

Initial service visit was $175 but I had a $100 Groupon that I had so it was $75. Very prompt and courteous. Friendly and helpful on what work was being performed.

It was really good. Scheduling was fine and I had no problems. The plumber who came was very good and even repaired my door and he didn’t have to do that. It was really nice. They provided a really good warranty as well.

The price was high and I spoke with the owner who resolved my problem.

He was on time. He seemed to know what to do, knew the products, and explained what he was doing. He did not exceed cost estimate and completed the work in reasonable time -good cleanup.

It was easy to get an appointment. The first day he replaced the Hot Water Heater, and the Garbage Disposal, and did a temporary fix on the faucet. Parts needed to be ordered, which we were under the impression would only take a couple days. In the end it took almost three weeks. I called twice for information, and was promised a call back after speaking to the tech. We didn't get a call back until the part was actually in asking to schedule an appointment. Overall not a huge deal, as everything was working. It would have been nice to have been warned that it could take that long.

He came over about 10 minutes to clear with gigantic auger ( snake). He cleaned up and honored the purchase from Ali. We still have a small credit

It went fine. I don’t think they were able to fix the problem, but they tried. I'm using them again for something else.

Keith did a great job and was patient when I had to go online and get an Angie list coupon to help me save money. He moved items out of the way in the basement and returned them to original placement. My only complaint is that my appt was scheduled as a morning appt (9-1) and they did not show up till after one. The office did call to inform me which was great but I wish I would have known before 12:30 pm so I could have left my house and got things done for the day. But overall, great job and I have used them in the past with good results and would use them again.

Well, they replaced fill valves but ended up one toilet continued to have a little leak and they returned the next day and replaced the flapper. Just surprised that if they replaced the fill that they would replace flapper too Anyway very nice and would use again

It went great. The job was tricky because the new gas line had to run over drywall. They did a great job threading it through while keeping the drywall intact. It looks good and the gas dryer is fully operational. We appreciate their work and would use them again for other plumbing or gas line needs!

Derek was amazing. A consummate professional. These guys really care about their customers. He fixed our quirky problems with the faucets and replaced the valve in the shower -- no more leak! He even showed us some of the basics on how the thing works in case we need to make any tweaks in the future. He was fast, courteous and efficient. These guys are my first call for any further plumbing needs.

Excellent from the moment I called. They helped me to figure out how to turn main water off the main water , arrived promptly, accessed The situation & fixed the problem. They were very reasonable & even made me aware of a coupon on your website. I would use them again in a heartbeat. I am so grateful for Angie's List & have told all my friends about my experience.

It went really well. The service provider from Craggier Plumbing was very professional and arrived at the time we were told he would arrive. He assessed the problem areas, explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He then proceeded to go to the local Home Depot, purchase the parts necessary to repair the leaks and fixed them. My only complaint would be that after he quoted the cost of the job, I don't think that he should have charged us for his trip to Home Depot to purchase the parts. I feel that should have been included in the pricing of the job; but have not used a plumber's services for a while and maybe that is how they do it now. After assessing the job, he did allow us to contact Angie's List and use a coupon that was worth $200.00 (for which we paid $111.00) so that decreased our bill. Overall, I feel that he did an excellent job and I would definitely hire Craggier Plumbing again. The lady who made all the arrangements when we called Cregger Plumbing was excellent and very professional; a great asset to the company.

Great experience - removed blockage in the sewer line from our house to city main. Priced reasonably, worked quickly, and were there when we needed them. Would recommend. Keith in particular (the plumber who did today's work) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the cause of and solution to this problem.

The original project was to fix a leak in the kitchen faucet. The tech looked it over and thought a new faucet would be more economical. Luckily it was around noon so I asked if they could have lunch then and I would run out and get a new faucet to which they agreed. This was very nice. Now one of the cutoffs under the sink did not close all the way so they had to cut off the main. They did this and replaced the faucet. When they went to turn the main back on, it broke in the off position so I had no water. They contacted the local water dept who had to come out and shut off the water from the street so they could replace the cut off valve. They contacted the owner of Cregger Plumbing who insured one of their plumbers was on call and to get my water back ASAP. They did so and got the valve replaced in record time, I was very lucky with the water dept - they were fast. Even though this turned into an after hours job, they charged me normal rates. I completely believe that the main water cut off would have broken whenever it was next used, so was not Creggers fault that it broke then. I spoke to the owner the next day who assured me they were aware of my problem and stayed on top of it to insure I had my water back ASAP. He even gave me a $89 credit towards my next plumbing job! I was very impressed with how they handled this potential nightmare and grateful for the service they provided.

It was very good. They told me to give them a call if I had another issue. I thought the service was very good. Both the gentlemen were very professional. I was happy with the service. Responsiveness was good.

They did a good job but they didn't solve the problem. I am not dissatisfied with what I got but they didn't take care of what I needed taken care of. They came and diagnosed the problem- what was causing the leak and made a proposition as to what they could do. They did a good job and a timely one but it didn't solve the problem. They do quality work but they may not be as knowledgeable as some others. They didn't figure out what the problem was even though they did good work.

when I run water it goes down the drain.

it went well , they kept their appointment called in advance to let me know when they were arriving. I really just wanted them to check a few things in a couple bathrooms I had a lot of plumber questions and snake the main drain. I thought it would cost me between 150 to 200 to snake the main drain Lady on the phone said between 180 and 265 .. Of course when he came out it was at the higher end. The gentleman who came out was extremely knowledgeable and seemed to be trustworthy he answered all my questions . let me know what was worth doing versus replacing I decided to go with the company my bill was 510.00 am I happy with the work yes .do I think they were too expensive yes. I think this company hires highly qualified people therefore you'll pay A little more. Next time I call them Will be for big projects not minor things.

It was very good. We’re definitely happy with it. We weren’t unhappy with the price.
