I only had a very limited window to get an inspection done on the home I was purchasing. They agreed to come out in the time frame to conduct the inspection. They later called at the last minute and said they couldn't make it. After I expressed my displeasure that this was my only opportunity to get the inspection completed, they arrived as promised. The two guys that showed up were professional and performed the video inspection service and also looked around for any other potential plumbing problems. I was very satisfied with the service and would use them again in the future.

It was fine. They were right on their estimate. They were on time and on budget.

They suggested changing out the toilet with a low flow toilet as there was no clear cut reason why this was happening. We changed to a low flow toilet and this did fix the problem. They did a great job, really did work to determine why this was happening and came back on two separate occasions. Even though no none could figure out why the situation was happening, they offered a solution that fixed the problem.

The service went fine. I did think the leak should have been covered since they were the ones who installed the faucet. It was over a year old. The plumber did a great job. I did not do a great job explaining the issue over the phone, but when he came out he knew exactly what to do. There was a pipe in the laundry room that was hard for him to get to. I had no problem scheduling the service. My neighbor and son has also used them.

He did a thorough plumbing inspection and looked at everything. He corrected all leaks we had. HE was on time and the amount of money was what was estimated. He had a great attitude and even pointed out other problems we were having with our furnace that he noticed.

Everything went and fine and was good. The only thing I would recommend is that they did not have the right supplies so I had to reschedule. So it was a waste of my time taking four hours off from work. I would recommend them and they did a good job.

I got estimates from 3 top rated plumbing providers and their price was between $1,500 and $2,400 less than the other providers. They were originally scheduled to do the work on Monday, but rescheduled due to the weather. Oddly enough they did not reschedule again even though it was a colder day with a wind chill advisory. They arrived later than they planned on coming, but considering I was told it would be an all day job it did not change anything for me. They started work at around 11:00 AM and completed at 5:50 PM. Technically the new sewer line was completed at 2 PM, but they could not fill in yard until the inspector came out at about 4:30 or so. No surprises that the yard is a bit of a mess and we will have to do some landscaping in the spring, but all and all it went well.

I remember it being fine. They came in when they said they were going to, and they did the job they were going to perform.

The big deal was $95 for $200 worth of services, and it was fine. They didn't charge me more than the big deal price. It was a good service call. He was timely, efficient, and he didn't try and over charge us. He was excellent.

They told me that they would call first about a half hour before they showed up. No call I looked out the window and they were there. He came in and we told him the problem, that my husband had changed a part earlier on the hot water heater and we were not receiving any hot water in our shower. We figured that rust has built up in the pipe and it was clogging it up. So we called them in. I had seen the trucks in the area with Angie,s list on the side of the truck. I called them to come out. The plumber came in looked at the pipes and told us he couldn't do anything because the piper were to old. After just staying a few minutes, he charged us $95 and left.

Company was unable to perform the service.

My sump pump was working erratically but I could still activate the float by hand. I got an appointment that accommodated my schedule. Their office offered to schedule within two days but I opted for a later date. Anthony was very professional. He said he didn't mind if I wanted to watch him do the work. He wiped the stairs and work area thoroughly on his way out. Before retiring, I worked with dozens of plumbers and pipefitters and Anthony is at the top of my list in terms of attitude. He didn't talk down to me and encouraged me to ask questions. He inspired confidence in his work and was fun to talk to. The Zoeller 1/3 hp is a good pump especially for this price.

We called Cregger and they were out within four hours. They completed the task and kept us informed all along the way. They were friendly and worked very hard to restore our water. I would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

Considering its plumbing the service and quality was superb. Technician was personable, friendly, helpful and kept me informed at every stage. In fact he was very educational concerning how the trap in the shower worked. Calling the company, again very personable the operator scheduled the appointment on the weekend explained the long wait and that everyone was in the same boat. I got the joke, called ½ hour before arriving to say Tech was on his way. The service was completed within the hour, cleaned up his work area as if he was never there with the exception the drain was now working perfectly. I can understand why they get high customer satisfaction. Definitely will use them again!

Yesterday, February 13, while working in the basement, I noticed an issue with water drainage. I called Cregger for help with the plumbing issue. Within the hour a Cregger truck pulled into our driveway. Technicians Charles and Kyle (last names unknown) discussed the issues that I noticed. With further investigation, they found a partial blockage in the sewer line near the street. Using the outside drain plug, they cleaned the blockage. There was a blockage in the main sewer drain in our basement and had minor flooding. Many of the other companies said they would be able to come out next week to take a look at the drain. Due to the circumstances, we needed service on the drain much sooner than a week. Cregger was the only company that understood the urgency and able to send someone out that day. Several hours later, Tim arrived and was able to remove the blockage within 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and explained the issue. He made a follow-up visit a few days later and brought the camera so we if there would be future problems. He took the time to explain what we were looking at and answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this company. They are customer focused and the prices are reasonable.

This company is first-rate with their professionalism and performance. I had no hot water on a Sunday morning. Upon inspection, I found a small pond around my water heater. I called their after-hours service. They called me back within a half hour and gave some good advice to carry me over until Monday. Early Monday morning, they quickly got everything arranged, and by 9:30 am, they were at my house affecting repair. They were done in two hours. Everyone was very friendly, courteous, and highly professional at every stage of the repair. Kudos to Bill (handled initial contact), Holly (confirmed all details and scheduled apt), and the highly-effective technicians (Don, Brian); they made this whole operation rather painless. I would recommend this company without reservation.

Things went well. 4 months later had to come back. Faucet loose on counter and a part of pipe work that did not previously replace was cracked and pipe leaking. Had to pay for house call, but came out quickly, within time of appointment. Worked quickly and solved the problem.

Everyone at Creggers was extremely polite and helpful. Charles the plumber came the day after I called and quickly completed the repairs. He even made an extra trip to deliver the garbage disposal hex tool that had been forgotten. Emily and Holly made sure that I was satisfied, and I received e-mailed receipts that were exactly what I had agreed to.
