Technician was professional, polite, prompt, and provided excellent service. He covered furniture that might be affected by pipe removal replacement and the areas were left totally clean. I look forward to using this company again.

Unfortunately for me, the digging had to be done in the area where I have landscaping. The men from Cregger's were very respectful of the potential damage being done to my plants, and I am grateful to them because they tried very hard to work around plants and roots when possible. All of the men were efficient, polite, and kept me informed as to what they were doing. Yes, I would use them again, although I certainly hope that I won't need to go through this again. The company deserves an "A".

Excellent, Cregger Plumbing was professional and came up with a unique solution to a problem that seemed impossible to solve. They were the 4th plumbers we had come out to look at the problem, and were the only ones that could fix it properly. They worked diligently and always came out as promised. The job took a week, with 3 to 4 people. A very large job that had many obstacles, but they figured it out. Wonderful Company!!

The whole experience was smoother than I thought something like this could ever go. He had the pump removed quickly, ran out to get the new pump, installed it within 10min of returning. He took the time to show me how to perform some basic maintenance on our aging system. As far as a repair goes, this was a wonderful experience.

After they checked further they were able to confirm that it was not a leak at all. The sound of water dripping was the water in the copper line. What a relief. Our technicians did a great job making sure everything was working fine and cleaned up very well. I am extremely please with the service.

It turned out well and we were very happy. The Deal more than covered the work and they issued a credit for the remaining amount.

I've used Cregger many times, and I've always had great experiences. Their technicians are professional and knowledgeable, they clearly explain the work being done, and they do quality work for fair pricing. In fact, they gave me a credit since the work that they did wasn't as much as the amount in the deal itself.

The price was somewhat high, but everything went well aside from that. The two-man team showed on time, did a good job with all projects, and kept the house clean while they worked.

Derek came out and spent quite a bit of time at my home. After careful examination of the plumbing in the ceiling, he was a little baffled as to where this leak was coming from, but concluded it was not a plumbing issue. He was very determined to help me find the source of the leak. He was in my basement while I went upstairs and he directed me where I needed to tap my foot so that he could properly determine the exact spot. After several minutes of troubleshooting he concluded the source was coming from the front porch. Apparently the concrete slab was pitched toward the home, causing water to enter and accumulate in the basement. I was very impressed that he was determined to figure this out for me. Most contractors would have left once they determined it was out of their scope of work, but Derek was concerned and genuinely concerned about the issue. I would definitely use this company in the future. There was no charge for him to come out. The $100.00 notation in this review was because an amount was required to enter.

Cleared a drain and gave me an estimate for follow up work.

I hired Cregger Plumbing and Sewer twice and called them out three times. The first time they came out I wanted to relocate my sink, fix a leak and install a dish washer. They advised me of the costs and the options available to me and some very helpful tips on how to solve my issue. I was very impressed but didn't end up using them because the cost involved. They had a follow up call where I gave the plumber good ratings. Well shortly there after I was attempting the natural guy home improvement method and somehow broke my drain from under my sink. In my defense the pipe and rusted from excessive soaps and materials over the many years it was there. Charles came out (a different plumber) and gave me a reasonable quote and did the work right there on the spot which required him to actually go into my wall and cut the pipe with a saw and put in PVC. In the end I had a drain that worked, he was professional, and left the area cleaner than when he found it. A couple days later they called again to confirm I was satisfied with the work. I was but by that point I had installed counters and needed help installing a new sink. Charles 5 days after his initial visit came again and installed my sink, hooked up my dishwasher (apparently I had hooked it up in such a way I would have flooded my floor) and confirmed that my garbage disposal worked. I had asked him to caulk around my sink and I will say he used the incorrect caulk and it made my sink and counter look like a disaster but it wasn't something I couldn't correct later. Overall I had a great experience with this company and would use them again and recommend them.

The young man, diagnosed where the clog was located. He then proceeded to work his plumbing magic. The total charge was only a few more dollars than the "deal' through Angie's List.

They did a great job. They were really respectful. They fixed 2 toilets and an upstairs sink. Their prices were reasonable and they cleaned up afterwards.

We were concerned about how noisy our heating system had become and concerned about water temperature and pressure. Derek was very knowledgeable and professional. He turned down the water temperature which was set too high and gave great advice. He will be returning next fall to drain the boiler and power flush the bottom of the unit. He explained about Angie's list coupons, which we bought and used for this visit. We would recommend him.

Tom came exactly when scheduled. He did a great job! He was polite and cleaned up after fixing the problems we were having. We could not be more pleased with the service we received. Cregger's office staff was also excellent. They were courteous and even did a follow up call to make sure we were happy. We would definitely use Cregger again. A+++

Jeff completed the work as I expected. He spent extra time making sure everything was installed properly and verified each sink was not leaking and that all components of the faucet worked properly before asking for payment. This is my 2nd experience with this company and they are very neat, clean in appearance and arrive promptly as promised.

I guess it was ok. I had to call them a couple of times to fix it. I don’t think it’s a 100 percent result but it seems to be ok. It is probably 95 percent and better than it was before. It was a big deal purchase. There wasn’t anything wrong with that. They charged me what they charged me. I got the $111 credit but it probably ended up being $500. They just deducted that from the amount. That was really expensive. They put that in and probably a week later I was hearing the same knocking so I brought him back out. He went around and found these little hooks that were rattling which hold the waterline. There was one that was rattling against something so he banged that back in. He banged in a couple of others. Then they tried to charge me for that visit again. I told them that this to me is the same issues. I told that I called them not for something new. I called them for the original complaint. We ended up working that up and they fixed that. I signed the form and he charged me. I told him I am going to call and I am not going to pay for this. I called the owner and they told that they were going to exonerate this. So there was a little bit of issue with that. I think they are a little expensive. The actual work that they did was quality. There are no leaks or adverse things. When I called them to come out they were little bit reluctant to come out 3 times. I paid for something that I wanted fixed. They were always there when they said they were going to be there. He was going to charge me for it but the owner ended up taking it off.

It was supposed to be one visit but the fact that it went over three visits made it not great. Two plumbers came out to my house and one of them was outstanding. Everything that they have worked on has turned out fine.

Calvin and Brian were very nice, on time, and did a very good job. I would recommend them. I am very proud of them.

I had purchased a big deal and they were great. They came out in less than 24 hours after I purchased a big deal. I had to buy a toilet, and they installed it just fine. I thought it was my shower that was leaking, and they came and told me it was my toilet. They gave me all of the specs on what it was going to cost to put the parts, but the cost was the same as putting a new toilet in. They did pretty good service, and their price was as competitive as anybody else out there. The quality was great.

They were good. I had them install a hookup for a gas stove. We were happy and had no complaints. The plumber was at the home for an hour.

He did very good work. He had to get some parts at a private shop. He rebuilt a faucet and replaced the silicon. He reassembled the faucet back together. He heard a noise from my toilet and said a part needed replaced. I wasn't sure that needed changing. He didn't charge for stopper.

They were punctual, professional and friendly. Price was very fair compared to more than double what Roto Rooter was asking for.

It worked out pretty well. They did a really good job. I really liked the service. The price was a little high, but, other than that, it was okay. I had a good interaction with them. They put in a bathroom faucet before. The work turned out good.

We used Cregger to complete some plumbing projects in order to get a house ready for sale. The price listed is for labor only. We bought and supplied the fixtures. The men from Cregger did a wonderful job. The removal of the concrete tub proved as arduous as I had feared and they handled it all perfectly. They left the basement cleaner than when they arrived. Replacing the broken toilet was also a labor-intensive job, with all the bolts rusted and corroded. Despite having to remove the toilet in pieces, the final result showed no signs of the struggle necessary to remove the old toilet. Not a single tile was chipped or marred. Replacing the vanity proved to be more complicated that I had imagined. The old vanity was cut in order to fit over the porcelain base molding tiles. The new one couldn't be customized in this way. So the Cregger workmen had to remove the tiles so that the bath vanity would fit flush against the wall. Apparently, whoever installed the original tiles used inhumanly strong adhesive, as it too much pounding to remove the tiles. This is where the only flaw appeared: the tiles are too fragile to be easily cut. So, one of them cracked. I hasten to point out that this is understandable and is a fix that I should be able to address myself. Still, it's the only flaw in a perfect installation. The new vanity looks great and the new owners should be very pleased by the professional look. Cregger went above and beyond by replacing - without prompting - all of the cutoff valves in the aforementioned areas. The new 1/4-turn valves are much more professional and useable. And they did this at no extra charge! (I plan to have Cregger come out and replace all the cutoff valves at my house with the 1/4-turn variety.) Finally, Cregger left the work areas spotless. Not only was everything swept up and disposed of, but all the dust was wiped off the surfaces. I didn't have to do a thing after the work was completed. Overall, I would highly recommend Cregger to anyone requiring plumbing expertise and assistance.
