Great service! I called after hours, spoke to the calling service and received a return call from Cregger within 5 minutes. Jeff, the technician, had just completed work for another customer, was in route and arrived in about 15 minutes. Jeff was polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. I was able to view the camera video and see that the clog had been cleared as well as view the condition of the 58 year old cast iron pipe. We discussed future actions that will eventually be needed to eliminate the problem for good. Cregger exceeded my expectations.

I would hire these guys any day. The price might have been slightly higher than their competition, but they are extremely professional and polite. The plumber Don even helped me with a couple of things which were not even on his service list. The quality of service is phenomenal.

Great company to deal with. Turns out the faucet didn't need replacing, just the washer. Something I probably should have tried myself, but given the age of the plumbing, I didn't think it could be fixed. The technician said he'd start with the cheapest thing first and go from there. That was reassuring. So I just ended up paying the service call charge. They have 24/7 service so I'd definitely use them again.

This was first big plumbing job I had done so really didn't know what to expect but everything seemed to go good. There was a mix up about water heater, they didn't know they were installing one so had to wait for it to get to house. Did not take long. I mentioned that I compared pex and copper on line and with pex they use brass fittings but he explained that they use both plastic and brass sometimes. Overall everything went good and it is so nice to have water pressure again! Was having a few problems with bathtub fixture and they gave me a few suggestions to try until I can have rest of plumbing done. They were all very nice! They did a follow up call to see how it went and to go over any concerns I might have. Yes, I would recommend this company.

I picked Cregger based on Angie's list reviews - disappointed to date. Willing to give it one last try, and revise my review. update - they did come out and snake it again for free the third time - now it drains well (paid twice already as above, no $99 credit). They called me twice to request this review update. Overall, my experience has been mixed -very polite, professional, prompt staff, but on two separate jobs, the first person to come out did something inadequate or wrong, such that a second, seemingly more competent person had to follow up and re-fix the problem. The first time there was no charge for the re-fix, the second time I did have to pay extra as above.

He seemed very well-suited to do the work, as he was very punctual, knowledgeable, and helpful. I've had other people come to assess the problem, and I wish I'd gone to them first. Thanks to Cregger, I now have a more thorough understanding of my issue. I'll call them back out to do the job.

very well, they did the work, cleaned everything up and completed the fairly large job in 1 day. They had 3 plumbers at my house for about 10 hours and finished in one day which was nice. Only room for improvement would be communication between the sales team and on site plumbers. There seemed to be a little confusion but ultimately they did the job for the quoted price so I am happy.

Everything went great! Keith was punctual and very efficient. Both problems were fixed and I was extremely pleased with how efficient he was. I will definitely hire him again! I also had a coupon ($111 for $200 worth of services) so was very happy with the final outcome.

I called the office in the early morning. the office lady was very nice, and put our case as emergency. Anthony came quickly in the noon and he did excellent job. He showed us how to relight the water heater, give us some teaching and advice, fixed the problems quickly and with high quality. We are very happy of the experience and definitely will call them again in the future if we need plumbing service.

On April 4, 20015 my sister discover water gushing from her drain in her finished basement. In the booklet I received from Angie's List, I saw Cregger Plumbing and Sewer with a "Super Service emblem ". They advertise a 24 hour emergency service. I called them at 9:30 P.M. and was told they would call me back in half an hour; they took all my sister's information. Meanwhile my sister's basement is getting water drenched. When Cregger called back I was asked my sister's information again and that they would again call me back in half an hour, A half hour later Cregger called and I was told that they wouldn't come out until the next day. Cregger was no help whatsoever. I would NEVER CALL GREGGOR PLUMBING AND SEWER! I don't understand why they are rated so highly.

The service was great. The plumber resolved our issue and provided us with useful tips on various bathtub issues. The plumber also arrived very quickly. I couldn't be happier with Cregger. I know that we'll be going back to them with any future issues.

The job was done to my satisfaction, no leaks have been observed as a result of the installation. The price quoted was maintained until he realized that the faucet I purchased was missing a part. I got a part from a near by big box store and there was an additional charge for the delay in the installation which I believed to be certainly within reason. The installer was very professional in his manner and operational skills. I will definitely hire this company in the future if I need plumbing service. Whereas most contractors would rudely ignore their clients and treat them as irritants, Greg explained clearly what the problem was and what he was going to do to fix it. We were immediately impressed with his knowledgeable professionalism and personal charm. Since his visit, we have been happily flashing.

He was funny, professional, when I asked how much each job would cost he told me.
