Very prompt and professional. My only concern is that the price of $185.00 to change 2 washers in two faucets seems kind of steep to me however, I have not had a plumber come out to my home in years so maybe this is a good rate, Bur the service technician, Anthony was very polite, professional and very quick. I would recommend this company to others.

Called office to make appt. Office manager stated they could have someone out that evening, they would call when they are on their way. Around 4 they called that they were 30 min. Out arrive within that time was very professional efficient and,personable. Told of another plumbing problem he took a look at it and gave me an estmated cost but could not give exact until they take it apart, will used cregger for future jobs very satified with pricing and service

I called cregger, told them I had water in my basement due to failed sump and was looking at the angies list coupon. They said yes it was applicable and put me on their emergency call list. They were out same day (within hours). Very happy with speed of service and professionalism.

You know what, it did work out okay but initially it was not good. They made it right though but the technician that sent out didn?t do a good job so I called and asked for his supervisor to come out and he looked at everything and they made it right. They even installed the self pump cover like over a year ago. So they made it right. I had a man here who was doing some painting job and he suggested that I call the supervisor to come out because the guy did not align the dial for adjusting the water, he did have that right in. He put another old piece and put somewhere else. But when they came back, they made it right. I thought they were kind of expensive. But I had gotten three quotes because there?s still a job that they did not finish and the supervisor told me that when they put in the self pump, and that has been a year or two years ago, they should have anchored this pipe to the wall and they didn?t. So now when it?s pumping out water it makes this rattling sound. So they did not take care of that. I did need them to fix the previous job so I had to call them back to complete that other than that I will not use them again.

They did an excellent job. The gentleman that came out was very, very good.

Both jobs were well done. Service was quick and solved the problems. Pleasant and professional. Explained the process well. Cleaned up after the jobs were complete.

Service was on time and exactly as quoted. Hot water tank has worked really well since replacement. I've since recommended Cregger to family and friends and they've all had a good experience.

The person who came was very professional. There was a big appointment window - 9-1 - but they call half an hour before they arrive. This worked well because I live close to work. It was more like 45-50 minutes before someone arrived. When Keith arrived, he was very polite and professional. He unclogged the drain. He had a hard time with the drain unclogging so he put a camera down. There were bigger problems; he showed me; explained how they would fix it and e-mailed me an estimate of the work. I would use them again.

I would recommend Creggers to anyone facing difficult plumbing problems. Our house was built in 1927 and we are in the final stages of a full historic restoration. Creggers undid the bad work of our previous plumber and handled a challenging problem that had been un-attending and improbably fixed for many years. They are absolutely first rate. Good plumbers tend to be expensive, but when you find a good one, they are worth their weight in gold. I plan to use Creggers again in the future. They are family owned during the course of the work, both owners were involved in the project.

I found a deal on Angie's List for $160 for a sewer drain cleaning and camera inspection. I called to make the appointment, and before I mentioned the deal, the very nice lady on the phone informed me that the camera alone would be $165. I explained that I would be using the promotion on Angie's List, and she cheerily confirmed the special price of $160 for both cleaning and camera, and made the appointment. We were given a window of sometime between 9am and 1pm, and told that the plumber would call when they were close. Kevin Fenimore from Cregger arrived a little after 11am (without a call), and immediately quoted me full price for the job. I mentioned the Angie's List deal I would be using, and he got to work locating the clean out pipe without delay. The house we are purchasing has a partially finished basement, and for some reason the previous owners could not bare the sight of a clean out drain, and built a cabinet over it. After some savvy detective work, Kevin located the drain, carefully removed the cabinet, and began the procedure. He was all business, but very patient and professional in answering all the silly questions I had. He explained each step thoroughly, and recommended a drain treatment including expandable cutter, and root killer for $595. While looking for the clean out, Kevin noticed that the pipe leading into the house from the water main was made of lead, and after a terrifying dissertation on the hazards of lead in water, suggested that we get an estimate to replace the pipe. He was thorough, professional and never once did I feel like he was trying to push us to commit to future work. I would use this company again, and recommend them.

The pricing is reasonable if you can do it yourself, but always find it taking longer than it should. They gave options and recommendations for how to repair or rebuild each toilet. This is the second time I've used Cregger and they will be my first call next time. I am totally satisfied with the company and the service team that visited today. If I were to search for a criticism it is that I wish there were a smaller service window than noon-5 PM, but they do give you a 20-30 minute warning so you can do errands while you wait.

Tom O'Herron was our plumber and his assistant was Brian Henderson. They introduced themselves and explained what they would do. They had a positive attitude, and very pleasantly worked together. They were prompt and went right to work . They tidied up when they finished. Tom was very professional and thoroughly explained things answering questions. I would definetly use them again.

The work performed was excellent. The plumber was courteous and professional. I endorse this company 100% and would use them again.

It's been a long time since the work was done (which is why a couple of items are marked "N/A"). We were very happy and said at the time that we would use them again.

meI guess they did their best. First guy cleaned out line from house to street. said he thought maybe lline from tub needed to be cleaned out, but he didnt do that as water started running freely. then the tub two days later backed up and the second guy came out. he gave me lots of good advice, used a larger tool to clean out the line from home to street, and all was flowing good. then 2 days later the tub backed up. I called the company and suggested that maybe the line from tub to main needed to be cleaned out. he did that and all was well for a few days. But guess what, am only to do small laundry loads, or toilet over flows. the second guy told me my line was 70% plugged with roots, and needed to be replaced. He didnt give me the pictures, but I do believe him, as I have heard this before. I thought religiously using root kiiler would solve the problem, but they said those root killers only kill the roots on the bottom of the pipe; and that the roots on the top continue to invade. I dont want to share this info with my neighbors as I am unsure of my correct judgment in this case.

Cregger team told me there was a cancellation and they can come sooner if needed. Kieth from Cregger came around 11:30 AM and looked at the issue. He showed me that the old pump was corroded and replaced it with a Zoeller Sump Pump. He was done from start to finish in under 2 hours. He was very curteous and professional. All in all an excellent job on an urgent need.

ave had to do with plumber before.Jimmy was very professional and friendly. He showed us how to fix the kitchen faucet ourselves if we have a similar problem and did everything else quickly, thoroughly and cleanly. We didn't have to clean up after him at all, which I have had to do with plumbers before.

It went very well. I was very satisfied, and they did a good job. They really went out of their way to make sure I understood everything. They were very fair and prompt.

Wow, Cregger is great! I came home on Monday evening to a basement that was starting to flood because the sump pump and the back-up system on the pump failed. I call Cregger immediately at 5:45 PM. I explained the situation and was told I would get a call back. I asked when to expect that call and was told it would most likely be the following morning, so I was prepared for a sleepless night monitoring the pump. I got a call back less than 15 minutes later and Cregger had a plumber at my house within an hour. He had a new sump pump installed in no time. I am scheduling them today to come back and install a new back-up system. I would, without hesitation, use them again and refer them to anyone who needs the service. This was the second time I used them and both of their plumbers were professional and knowledgeable and the response time and follow-up is incredible.
