Troy Cordes, the Real Estate Agent of Tremaine Realty was extremely helpful in making our dream come true. He was very responsive to our requests using several methods of communication including phone, email and text messages to accommodate our needs. Mr. Cordes revised his schedule to meet our need for home inspection services, the pre-closing inspection and the home insurance inspection. Troy made sure that everything was done on time and to our satisfaction and he did all of this with a smile and in a patient and courteous manner. We of course were probably very demanding and just a "little" anxious but Troy remained calm and professional. During the short time we worked with Troy (about three weeks!) we got to meet his lovely family. We gained a sense of his respect, care and concern as we watched him with his loved ones. His character, honesty and integrity made us an admirer of this real estate professional.

I was not an easy sell. This was my first home purchase on my own, and I was pretty nervous. Jennifer took the time to answer every question. Polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Always answered phone calls, emails day or night; I always knew where I was in the process. When I had a problem with some unclear wording on the paperwork, she got with the other realtor, cleared it up, and had me an answer back within hours. Now that I own my own home, and I'm glad I did it, I realize that without Jennifer I probably would have bailed just from the stress alone. Her positive attitude kept me going. I've already recommended her to my parents, and would recommend her to anyone reading this. You won't be disappointed.
