I had Sterling come out and remodel my basement. I never could have imagined how great it would look. They did a excellent job. Did everything and then some. Very honest and trustworthy.

Dan and his crew did an excellent job, They were very professional. I got other quotes and Sterling's prices where the best and the products are outstanding. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done on their home. I had them come back out and build me a pole barn and replace my windows. Both of which they did an excellent job! If I even need any other home improvements done I will call them without hesitation.

As Manager of several single-family rental homes I���ve hired services to make various repairs at those properties. Recently, I hired Dan at Sterling Homes to replace the asphalt shingled roof at one of the properties. His rates were reasonable and his scheduling was prompt. I would definitely hire Dan again.

The side planters were too narrow. I had to pay extra after they dismantled the existing deck and they wanted more to put up the Pergola I purchased from SAMs. The workers though we're very nice. Dealing with Daniel though, I found out, you have to make sure to verify everything before making the decision to hire them.

Dan is great very honest and trustworthy. Definitely will use them again for other home improvement projects.

Outstanding craftsmanship! Quality work & very nice crew of men working for them. Danny Yelle was the carpenter I had on my job and he was excellent! I am so pleased! I will call this company again next year to replace my back deck. I highly recommend this company!!!

Dan form Sterling called and was here very quick. Helped with info on the repair needed. I have decided to work in it myself and most likely have him replace the whole roof in the spring. Can't say enough about his product knowledge and customer service. Every once and awhile you meet a good person in the building business and Dan is one.

Personal and professional, went to bat for us on our insurance claim, is meeting w/insurance adjuster's "expert" to help us to receive full coverage on our damages.
