We interviewed two companies for the job. Almost went with the first, though we had reservations because they were new and a little loose in the way they handled the presentation. Then, Chris came out, and we were wowed by his professionalism, knowledge, and friendly demeaner. Whatever we asked, he said, "sure," and that's always a good sign. His price was around the same but included more surface and features. We asked about a slab that had raised up some, and he said he would do the best he can. Chris set a date and showed on that date and on time. He and his assistant worked quietly and efficiently; the end result was even beyond our high expectations. In fact, he made the elevated surface even with the rest of the floor. They finished on time, and the floor has stayed unbelievably fresh and clean over a month later. Don't hesitate to hire Chris!!!
