We are so happy we found this company. They installed our vinyl floors in 3 rooms and we love how they look. They were very responsive to requesting a quote and fit us into their schedule great. Both Jeremy and Joe were very professional and easy to talk to. They listened to what we wanted and delivered an amazing end result. We will be hiring them for future projects and have already referred them to friends.

We are so happy with the outcome of this project! We did our due diligence when looking for someone to do our exterior paint and stain our deck. Joe immediately had a great first impression, as he was knowledgeable, realistic, and trustworthy. The quote he gave us was very fair. The Modern Improvements team was courteous and professional throughout the entire process, and made it easy for us from start to finish. The actual work that was done was superb, and there was a meticulous attention to detail. Joe has a lot of great expertise and had some solid options to help us narrow down what we wanted. He was also a great communicator. The job was done nice and quick, but the team checked in with us daily to provide status updates. They walked the property with us at the end of each day to show us what was done and what would be addressed the next day. Jeremy’s carpentry skills were amazing and there was a lot of tedious work done. The paint job came out great as well. We have been getting so many compliments! Glad we trusted Modern Improvements with such a big job - they did not disappoint! I will be using them for jobs in the future and would recommend them to friends and family as well. They stand alone in terms of quality of work at a fair and reasonable price.

It was fine. They did their job. They did what they were told to do. It turned out great. They did an excellent job installing my floor. It was seamless. There were no gaps. The painting was straight and no blemishes. They did an excellent job painting.

I had Joe and Jeremy lay new floors and paint my home and I am blown away at how professional and efficient this team is. I will definitely be hiring them again in the future.
