Doug is professional, responsive and reliable. He replaced an electric panel, found an improperly connected junction which kept tripping my stove's breaker, and installed a new outlet in my laundry room. I plan on hiring him again to install additional outlets in my bathroom where the existing outlets are not up to code. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I thought this would be a simple job .... wrong. My house had numerous wiring issues which were corrected in this visit. Inspection of the main panel revealed loose wires, wires that were too long so someone could get a shock, and faulty or improper breakers. The plug that caused the freezer to thaw had the wires reversed at the plug as did several others with a bad connection down the line and a marginal breaker. All of this was repaired. Master Electric did a great job. They came to my house within 24 hours of contacting them thru HomeAdvisor. The price of all these repairs was so reasonable, I felt he did not charge me enough..... must have been a mistake. However ... that was the correct charge .... so I paid it gladly. Douglas was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable .... he is now my Go To Electrician. Many thanks.

Doug came out to replace a dryer outlet for me. He was very professional and walked me through the entire process. He was able to get my dryer working and will be returning to upgrade my breaker box. I would recommend Master Electric to anyone looking for electrical repair. One additional note, I called on a Sunday and Doug was at my home Monday afternoon.

Only part of the work was done and arrangements were made for him to finish it the next day. He never showed up and he didn t call to explain or plan for another day so the job was left undone by him.

Doug took a lot of time to diagnose our problem with our sauna. He knows his stuff and was very helpful

work was scheduled pretty quickly, but it was all downhill from there. An employee that clearly did not want to be there the day of installation was constantly found sitting down on my patio furniture rather than working. Work was not quite complete (despite 100% payment delivered prior to completion) and I had to follow up for more than a week to get job 100% complete. I had contractors out doing.more work and we discovered one of the outdoor outlets installed.is not working. I left a vm last week and still have not received a call back. I currently have another electrician out to repair. do yourself a favor and just hire someone else.
