Master Electric

Electrical work of any kind is really expensive but since I am not willing to go sticking my fingers into electrical outlets, I guess the piper must be paid. Doug worked quickly and seemed to address all my problems. No complaints.

I hired Doug to run power and cable raceways for 2 wall mounted flat screen televisions. I was so happy with the work I hired him again to install the brackets and mount the televisions. Doug was very prompt and was able to resolve all my service needs. He alerted me to another potential hazard which he was also able to correct. Diagnosed the problem over the phone. Very skilled. Called within 30 minutes of our online application. Work done the next day. Done.

He called me the next day, and set up a quick appt. He worked with me on payment. The work done to fix the problem was very good considering apparent problems with my overall wiring. The first problem I had was the lateness of his arrival with no call till he was already outside the window we agreed on. The other, bigger problem was, another lite (nothing to do with the original problem) was no longer working. When I called to let him know there was a problem, he put me off, having a personal issue. I have never heard back from him to repair the still not working 2nd lite. He has been paid.

Master Electric was first to respond to my need, provided detail of what would be looked at prior to arrival and his quote was right on the money. Master Electric also took the time make us aware of things our builder had done that were no longer up to code and made suggestions on how to correct the problem.
