Master Electric called me within a minute of pressing "ENTER" on my keyboard. Doug responded with a phone call and set up an appointment for the next day. He was right on schedule. His experience and work knowledge was quite evident in the quality and service he provided. Doug went above and beyond by adapting to challenges that came up during the work. I will be hiring him in the near future for more of my projects and would recommend Master Electric to anyone seeking a professional and courteous Master Electrician that gets the job done right the first time and quickly too!

Doug was courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. He worked hard the entire time he was here. I will definitely call him if I need any electrical work in the future.

Extremely knowledgeable and good hard workers - no fluff in the work performed. The one issue I had was that I thought he was a little generous in his allocation of hours worked and billed.

A real person answered the phone on my first try! He came out to my work the same day, assess the problem, and gave me a few options for fixing them. I was very happy with the quick service and I will call them again

Doug knows what he is doing but his customer service is abysmal. The rough electrical work he is good at, but I would never hire him to hang a light, ceiling fan, etc. He scratched the light fixture and tried to tell me to take it to Home Depot and have them replace it, which was completely dishonest. He also said the old exhaust fan worked fine and I didn't need to replace it. I told him it didn't and I wanted it replaced anyway. As it turned out, the old one wasn't even hooked up to vent pipe. Unfortunately, due to his dishonesty, I couldn't recommend him. But as I said, he does know and is able to do rough electrical work well. It's too bad his attitude and lack of honesty got in the way of the job.

My little blown wall socket turned into a slightly bigger fix then thought. They were very professional, took the time to explain the problems and offer what was the best fix. After completing his work, he was 20 minutes into the hour and asked if I need anything else looked at- and he replaced bathroom wall sockets (up to code). He also found a code violation in my box- made a return appointment to replace the box, and add grounding poles. They showed up on time and did excellent work.. Will call again if I have any other electrical problems.......

He brought an apprentice and an assistant. They also did some plumbing work. I will use them again. Very kind people who work very fast. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up.
