Doug did a great job overcoming a specific wiring issue I had with my microwave drawer in my kitchen. He put in a tremendous effort in getting this done. The quality of his work was outstanding!

I really don't have enough good things to say about Doug. There was a lot for him to do that took him two days. Never once did he complain and always seemed pleasant with my add on requests. Where to start... I had an electrical crisis and he showed up same day, on a busy Saturday and spent a good chunk of time helping to resolve the issue. Then on a bigger, more recent project, he was timely with the quote, explained my add on costs and at the end charged what he quoted. He showed up, as scheduled, ready to work for 2 days and didn't stop until it was done. Very driven. Exremely hard worker. Went above and beyond without a doubt. Very personable, professional and friendly. You can tell he's just a nice guy. Fully competent in his field. I will for sure be calling Doug back and would recommend him to anybody!

Showed up the same day. Worked efficiently and competently. When asked about other projects he did not push to make sales. Let us know which projects were important and cost efficient ways to do them.

He fixed our main issue in record time, and wanted us to get our bang for our buck so he went on to fix 2 more issues and provide us with estimates for a larger job we wanted in the future. Doug did an excellent job installing the coach lights and repaired my doorbell in minutes. He called early in the day to let me know he was coming and called again when he was on his way. Great communication! I will definitely call him for any other electrical jobs I have!

Full Electrical Panel replaced/ upgraded. Interlock switch for generator, 50 amp plug and Plug for air conditioning unit installed. Pointed out issues that were resolved no additional cost. Very clean work done. Price quote was very good considering the amount of work done. I would greatly recommend this company to anyone looking for a honest opinion on work or even questions with electrical troubleshooting.

After getting all of our electrical update with Master Electric, ee ended up having a problem with the cable that was bringing power into our home (DTEs issue), Doug from master electric helped us out by talking to DTE to explain the problem and gave us a temporary fix until DTE was able to make it out. They were very helpful and did an awesome job on the work they did for us.
