Doug responded to our request via Home Advisor very quickly. They came out the next day. Diagnosed the issue we were having and recommended putting our portable AC units on separate lines. The guys ran into a few problem areas along the way which caused them to be here much longer than originally intended. However, Doug remained true to his original estimate and did not expect us to pay more for the extra time it took them to resolve and finish the job. That kind of honesty and integrity is hard to find out there these days and we were quite impressed that even though they probably lost money on the job due to how long they were here, Doug stuck with his original estimate. If you want someone who is honest and sticks by his estimates, we highly recommend calling Master Electric out for your service needs.
