Did what I wanted

They set an appointment that was conuienent for me, very professional and did a great job.

Doug called immediately after I submitted the job description on home advisor. We worked out a time he could walkthrough and then we set up a work date. Although he showed up late to the appointment, he and his fellow electrician Mark were courteous, would chat with you instead of ignoring you, explained what was going on and what needed to be done. They gave options for the work ranging from simple and plain to ornate and complex for things that would be seen. If there's an extra cost from additional labor, Doug tells you. Both he and Mark know their trade, so if you want somebody knowledgeable, give these guys a call.

Doug called me immediately and left me a message. All the others just texted me. Very professional. Did a great job. Would definitely hire again, and refer to my family and friends. Also pointed out other things he noticed that should be addressed, and gave me a price right then and there. Very thorough and complete.

quick appointment. fair pricing. good work. only problem was that they didn't arrive during tgw scheduled window. i had to call them to find out what was up. rescheduled for later the same and it worked okay, but it was less convenient.

What amazing customer service. The owner Doug called me within 15 minutes after I requested electric work online. He gave me a fair price and offered to come out the next day. He was an amazing communicator and came to the house on time for my scheduled appointment. He did the job fast and correct. I can t say enough positive things about Master Electric!!!

We were looking for an electrician to install recessed lights in our living room. Doug was the first to respond to my request for quotes, and immediately reached out with a phone call. He asked questions about the job and then provided me an overview of options, what the job would entail, and an estimate. They came to install them today and did a great job, even cleaned up when they were finished. High quality and fair prices. I have already made arrangements for them to come back for another job in a few weeks. Highly recommend!
