Altogether, I am very satisfied with the timeliness, quality, professionalism, and cost of Hartland Plumbing’s service. I called Hartland on a weekend to replace my aged water heater which was no longer heating water. Their tech explained to me the differences between my current brand and another, less expensive brand. I was able to make an informed choice. When he arrived on Monday, he made quick work of installing the new system and removing the old one. He walked me through the new system and left the premises cleaned up. He also accepted credit card payment after the work was completed. I would hire them again.

The experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend this business. It took a little less than one hour to have the water heater replaced and the installation was done on the same day that I called for an appointment.

First off, Hartland Plumbing is the only company that responded to my request. The second company ghosted me while a the third recommendation from Homes Advisor had gone out of business. That being said, Casey knows plumbing standards, recommended an appropriate heater for my needs, and was willing to incorporate purchases I had made to upgrade the water heating system. I will hire him again if and when I have plumbing that requires a professional touch.

Hartland Plumbing called me within 15 minutes of contacting Home Advisor. Showed up the following morning within the time slot that was stated. The new water heater works great. Old one was hauled away and the area was cleaned up to my satisfaction.

Casey was a great guy to work with....He's professional and took the time over a weekend to present several different options for this job.....I highly recommend him and will be using him for all of our plumbing needs going forward!! :-)

Casey replaced a 40 gallon hot water heater in a Michigan basement of a 121 year old house. Access to the basement was in a bathroom floor with steep steps and maybe 5â 6â of head clearance space in the basement. He removed the old tank and installed the new one by himself in record time. He does amazing work!

Casey was very respectful to us and our home, courteous, timely and took great care of our needs in an emergency situation. He also left the job site spotless. I would highly recommend this company!

Casey did a great job! He installed a top of the line water heater with a pan and a drain. He checked all the pipes and cleaned up after himself. We have used him for other projects as well.
