The installers were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. The price was the best of three quotes I obtained. The Livingston County Inspector just visited our home to inspect the furnace work, and his comments were all positive. Overall, I was very happy with the work performed.

It went well. There were three visits by reps from the company. The owner of the company diagnosed the issue, another rep came and bid the job the next day, and within a few more days, we had the system installed. They all struck me as honest and straightforward guys. I would use them again.

Service provided was excellent. Repairman arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and was not upset when I told him I would fix it.

They came out to do an inspection and gave me a bid. Arrived the next day to complete the service. I was very satisfied with their service. They are very professional, reasonably priced, and kept area and home clean.

The service contractor arrived in a timely manner as scheduled. He was courteous, knowledgeable, approachable and willing to listen and answer my questions. He found a crack in the heat exchange in my 2003 Bryant furnace. I saw the crack myself and knew it was time to either fix it or spend $899 to repair it. He even called to verify the warranty on the heat exchange so this would have saved me money as well had I elected to repair rather than replace. I did not buy a new furnace from this company simply because I wanted to purchase a brand other than Lennox - just a personal preference. First Choice was competitive and offered me a good price on a brand new, highly efficient furnace. I would recommend them to others and would consider using them in the future.

No issues. Arrived exactly on time to do the estimate, gave us an exact price and told us what needed to be done. Arrived right on time for the installation, took the estimated amount of time, and cleaned up.

On the items he noted he gave me a quote and did not pressure me in making a decision right then and there. Just gave me my options and why I should address these items. They were terrific. They were prompt, answered questions honestly and intelligently, cleaned up after the installation and followed with a return check up visit. They calculated the size unit based on the house factors such as size, windows and insulation, rather than just replacing what was there.
