Greg was friendly and professional. I had a difficult area to clean due to my dog peeing in the house and he explained what he would use to clean the area and get rid of the odor. He gave me a price to do the entire house. He contacted me to let me know he was on his way. I will definitely be using Greg again to clean my carpets.

He was on time, and I was late! Extremely personable, knows his product, all top tier stuff. Great price, honest guy. I’m going to recommend him to anyone that asks. And I’m certainly going to have him come back! Great work.

I called after business hours and his wife answered! It's a family owned business. I explained my needs to which she explained that there were no openings until a week later and she referred me to her husband so he could give me some tips to get me through until they could come out. This surprised me that they are so personable. He spent at least ten minutes of his overtime to give me some great advice. I would trust this business to clean my carpets in the future.

Outstanding. Best carpet cleaner I've ever hired. Carpets looked like new (15 years old). Rust stains are gone. The carpet has been through 7 puppies or old dogs and a cat. No one could tell there had ever been an accident. Gregory was very educational too. Gave me tips to keep the carpet looking great. I would hired him again in a heartbeat and will!

Very prompt. Very professional. Very nice. The carpets look really great. Appointment was at 9 AM. They were done by 10 Am. The carpets seemed dry after 12 hours but we didn't move back furniture until this morning.

Greg did an awesome job. The carpets came out much better than I thought they would. In addition, Greg moved a couple of large pieces of furniture that were difficult for me. Thank you Greg! Will definitely be calling him in the future.

I would only use him again because this is his own company and his family was helpful to me he has been in business for a While also he's local (that's important) so I might try again but he would have to broaden "his"idea of customer service
