I am new to sprinkler systems. Eric took the time to walk me through some basics, answer some specific questions I had, and walked me around my lot as he blew out each zone, explaining the various types of sprinkler heads and what I should be concerned about maintenance-wise. He was extremely tolerant of this "newbie", and charged me no extra for the time he spent explaining things. I will definitely use Eric again for any of my sprinkler system needs.

I made contact with Eric's Restoration & Renovation concerning a sprinkler system project. Right from the start, he was forthright with his time line. He works alone, and said it would possibly take up to a week to get everything done that I was asking for. Based on his competitive estimate, his honesty, and his dependability (he just stopped by and winterized the system), I would rate him at 5 stars plus!

Eric was going to be 5 minutes late to my appointment time, he called me 10 minutes before my appointment to let me know his expected arrival time and then apologized for his tardiness upon arrival! 5 minutes is NOTHING! I've had people show up 30 minutes late without a phone call! Great customer service, great service, great experience! Will definitely be using him in the future.

Eric is very personable, explains everything in detail, gave me a breakdown of parts and labor. Very honest and straightforward. Went out of his way to make certain the job was done “right”.. recommend to all that need sprinklers installed or repaired.
