He was very responsive and knowledgeable. Came on time, did a thorough examination of the property and put down poison to get rid of / prevent any mice from living in the garage.

Chris was very prompt and courteous. He explained the process and answered any questions, then went about his work quickly and efficiently. Afterwards he explained what to expect in terms of immediate and next day results. I had a question the next day and called him. He returned my call promptly, answered my question and even called again the following day to make sure everything went as planned. I'm very satisfied and will certainly use him whenever I have any pest control needs.

Went very well. They were very professional and did an excellent job. The hornet's nest was removed in two steps. First treated it to kill the hornets, then came back a few days later to remove the nest. Part of the nest still is attached to the exterior house lamp, but we were told that it will deteriorate with weathering and be more easily removed as it ages. They also treated our interior for small red ants that had emerged in way that was safe for our pet cat. After several days the problem was cleared up and we haven't seen a repeat of the issue.

Chris listened as I pointed out areas where I had seen carpenter ants. Chris also inspected all trees outside for signs of carpenter ants. Chris treated target areas with an "ant bait" gel, and treated entire perimeter of my house with a liquid ant poison. Treatment was safe for humans and my dog after 2 hours. As Chris predicted, any carpenter ants I saw for the next 2-3 weeks were dead or dying. Chris returned one month later and treated perimeter of house again, wih a different chemical (again safe for humans and pets). Again, the ants I saw for the next 2-3 weeks were dead or dying. Chris' treatment killed all the ants. It has been almost a year since Chris came, and I have seen no more carpenter ants. Chris was friendly and professional. He thoroughly explained about all the treatments and chemicals before he used them, and answered all my questions. Most important, he got rid of the carpenter ants. I would highly recommend Chris and Eco-Tech Pest Management.

Chris was very professional. Our main issue was carpenter ants, and he explained what to expect after the treatment. He returned my calls very timely and answered my questions. He did not try to sell us on further treatments for other buggy problems that wouldn't necessarily be effective.

After noticing the bee hive attached to my house, I contacted Eco-Tech over the weekend after locating them on Angie's list. Their answering machine indicated that they were out of town and would return calls on Monday (I called Sunday morning). Eco-Tech contacted me first thing Monday morning and were out to my house by 10am that morning! The person that contacted me, Chris, was courteous and professional, answered all my questions. Chris stated that they would first treat the nest to exterminate the bees. He said the nest would need to remain in place for 48 hours to allow any bees currently away from the nest to return and be treated (exterminated) as well. After he completed the treatment of the nest, Chris contacted me again to confirm the job was complete and that he would return in two days to remove the nest. He also warned me to keep the family away from that side of the house because the bees will be very angry and aggressive (good thing he mentioned this because us curious-george's would be out there taking a look!). The cost quoted to me over the phone was $135 to treat the nest, or $175 to treat and remove the nest (nest removal requires a return visit to the house by Eco-Tech). I chose the treat and removal option due to the location of the nest. Overall, very pleasant experience! Will definitely contact Eco-Tech for any of my future pest needs!

I like him because he is independent. He is friendly and knowledgeable. His prices are good.

We have had a carpenter ant issue since we bought our home 4 years ago. It has gotten progressively worse since last year, to where we finally decided it was time to call an exterminator. The gentleman was prompt, extremely thorough, and explained everything he was doing. The service fee covers the initial treatment which was both inside and outside our home, but also a follow up treatment in 1 month.

I haven't seen any ants since he came out. He's very knowledgeable and concerned about the environment. He's very safety conscious. I give him A's for everything. I've already signed up for another yearly plan.

I've been using Chris for a couple of years now. He's always on time, His treatment for the carptenter ants knocked out the problem where several other companies over the past 10 years had missed. Chris listens and takes appropriate effective action. In the case of the squirell problem he recommended a course of action that was not in his best financial interest. I wouldn't do business with anyone else at this point.

You could set your watch by this guy. I have had a carpenter ant problem on and off for years. The lot is carpenter ant heaven. I have had exterminators come in on monthly contracts. I had one company come in and drill holes in all the walls and put in poison. Nothing worked. Chris came in and did his magic with one application. Went out into the yard and eliminated some nests out there. Now he comes in once or twice a year - no problems. Highly recommended. Straight shooter and if he doesn't think he fixed it he waits for payment until results verified like with the mouse problem.
