Description of Work: The cleaning crew was great. Their front office, especially Tina, was horrible. Cancelled service and went with another service based on interactions with her. Non customer focused, poor communication, and no flexibility unless if favored them.

Description of Work: So far so good!! I was so please to know that they have an inspector, who shows up and inspect the crew's work at the end. They do great work and they even do professional triangle toilet paper fold, just like at the hotel--- Its really nice to see that kind of sweet little touch! Their business is very organized and no confusion or guess work, also they really seem to care that the customers are really happy. Price is very reasonable, that's also another reason I am glad that I switched to this company. ^_^

Description of Work: I was pleasantly surprised at the thoroughness of the cleaning. In view of the large task at hand I only found one small omission - they forgot to wipe down the small blinds in the little bathroom - but the rest of the house looked great and smelled great when they left, so I don't fault them for this small oversight. | |The cleaning staff worked hard and at one point there were actually 4 staffers working in the house. The only suggestion I have to improve their professionalism is to have all the cleaners wearing consistent "uniforms" - even if only T-shirts that say cleaning authority. One cleaner wore "Daisy Duke" short-shorts - fortunately she was a tiny little thing but slacks and a t-shirt with the Cleaning Authority logo would have been more professional.

Description of Work: They clean my condo every other week and when they leave everything just sparkles. On the 25th they concentrated on my great room (living/eating/kitchen area) due to excessive dust created by flooring company that removed carpeting and laid hardwood flooring. They did an excellent job getting rid of excess dust, including dust on the flooring. They are worth what I pay them.

Description of Work: They cleaned my office space. They do the walls, floors, bathroom, specialty wood mats I use, dusting, etc. I owns a massage business and they have now cleaned a total of 3 times, the first was a deep clean. They always do a great job. They are also very open to the clients asking questions and listening to any concerns.
